9 Panel Pre Employment Screening

I am on methadone and I was offered a very good job pending my 9 panel non dot drug screening. Will the methadone show up and if so can they refuse to give me the job? I do not want to tell the promising job that I am on the methadone program because I feel like they would judge me. Please advise.

I am no specialist but I do know any drug that’s in your body will show positive results, but this should have been worded differently ( being as though I am in pain management and take narcotics for chronic pain how would this affect my job) this would be the only way to get a good answer or the the best answer to your question.
