What is a good taper schedule after taking Tizanidine 8 MG every night for 6 years? ## Hi Missy, Due to the length of time you've been taking this drug, it's hard to say what method might work best for you. I can only offer my opinion, but think it could just come down to making a decision based on trial and error, if you reduce the dosage by a little too much or not enough (every few weeks). If it were me in your shoes, I would try cutting the pills into halves or fractions if necessary. Then consistently take that divided dose for a period of several weeks and taper down that way. Your body should tell you instinctively if the divided dose is suitable or if you need to wait longer before tapering down again. Cariflam is the brand name for the Generic name (Carisoprodol) manufactured by a company called Cipla Ltd in India. what does 3 times a day mean? on a prescription bottle ## It means that you can take it a maximum of 3 times a day, 8 hours apart, if you need if that much. This is a muscle relaxant, so it isn't like an antibiotic where you have to make sure you take it that many times a day, you can take it less if you don't need it, but you should make sure you don't exceed 3 times a day. Is there a 30 mg tablet for Amrix and has anybody had them the Generic is Benzday from india? ## There actually is a 30mg Amrix capsule. I found some information containing dosing instructions for this medication and it mentioned the following: "The recommended adult dose for most patients is one (1) AMRIX (Cyclobenzaprine Hydrochloride Extended-Release Capsules) 15 mg capsule taken once daily. Some patients may require up to 30 mg/day, given as one (1) AMRIX 30 mg capsule taken once daily or as two (2) AMRIX 15 mg capsules taken once daily." White long pill with 114 on one side and an H on 1/2 0f the other side ## I don't have a picture to post for you, due to copyright reasons, but I can tell you that tablet with the H 114 marking contains 500mgs of Methocarbamol, which is the active ingredient in Robaxin a muscle relaxant. Can you take Baclofen & XanaX XR together? ## They can be taken together, but it must be done with caution and the dosages should be carefully evaluated, because both of these medications can cause depression of the central nervous system, which can be made worse by combining the two. my husband has been on baclofen for 2 years and is having trouble refilling his script because his dr. wont ok it to be refilled. Don't know why but I was wondering if somas would help ease his baclofen withdrawls? He is a quadroplegic and can't even throw up without my help. Can anyone help with something that will ease his withdrawls. ## Have you asked his doctor? There has to be some reason he won't authorize a refill and they should be willing to tell you. I found a white round pill that is suppose to be a muscle relaxer it has no markings on either side. ## If you found it, how do you know what it's supposed to be? In the U.S. muscle relaxants require a prescription and prescription tablets are all required to have unique markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency. Thus, if it has no markings, then we can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured muscle relaxant. Muscle Relaxant Where was it found?

can i use for a sprain ankle?
