Is this strength still being made and available with a valid prescription? Today 18 Jan 2013, Rite Aid pharmacy in Elizabethtown KENTUCKY told me this strength for Lortab was no longer being made. Is that correct? ## Hi JJ, I can't find any information stating that Lortabs 10/5 are no longer being made. The manufacturer could possibly be making a correction to the drug's formulation, or it could just be undergoing testing. That's the only conclusion I can come to however, so I would just listen to your pharmacist unless you find credible information that claims something different. I have been on pink tabs (10) for yrs. now with my R.A., they switch me to the white M363 ones...since then, these pills make me throw up or feeling sick while in my system! They say they have a recall on all the pink ones....yea, Right! how fast will lortab show in a urine test.i need somthing for my back pain and all i have are afew lortab my dentist gave me, i go to my regular Dr. in the morning so i need to know how long does it take to show in a urine test ## I'm at pain doctor they test me for lortab I lost my pill but I had one I took it this morning will it show up in my urine test. Have rx for lortab and xanax and take them as prescribed but have days that I dont need the max amount and dont take it and some days due to arthritis flares take a couple more doses than usual, or 1 1/2 tab. I have been accused in a divorce case that I abuse rx meds and took a hair folicle test today. I have not abused but wonder how sensitive the test is and if it may look like I was bc of the days that I have taken a bit more than prescribed....Please let me know if I have to worry, surely you would have to take a lot to fail but I'm only 105lbs so am concerned...I am a nurse and take drug test all the time, never had a prob but this is very important to me. I am prescribed lortab 10 every 4 hours as needed, soma 350 mg 1 every 4 hours as needed, 15 mg of ambien each night. I am sleepless n Alabama and need to desperately find a safe way to get off this medication. I have no insurance.....please help. ## If you're simply looking for a powerful sleep aid to deal with insomnia, I'd highly recommend considering medical marijuana (that is of an indica variety). It may also be of great benefit to any emotional pain you might be dealing with when it comes to withdrawing off those medications. I'm not aware of the legality of cannabis in Alabama, but for someone with no insurance, it's something you can easily grow for personal use at very little cost. Have you talked to your doctor about a safe way to taper off?

How long does it take for lortabs to expire?And can u still take them? ## Once they have been dispensed to you, in a pharmacy container that means they are exposed to the elements, they are good for one year from that date. Learn more Lortab details here. They don't get dangerous once they are past the expiration date, but they do degrade with time, so they will gradually lose effectiveness. Thus, it's best to dispose of them once they've expired and get a new prescription. Are there any other questions?

By law all prescription pills have to have unique imprints to enable their identification and they are going to be aware of that and they will know what to look for and be able to tell if they aren't looking at the real thing. Iknow this is a pain pill but I'm needing to know if I take it and do a drug test will it show up as a lortab? ## I believe the marking you're looking at is 3 TV 150. Can you please double check the tablet? The one with this marking contains 300mgs of Acetaminophen and 30mgs of Codeine, so it would be detected as an opiate and specifically as Codeine on the more precise tests. Thank you ## In a standard urine panel, yes, they will both just show up as opiate narcotics, because the Lortab contains Hydrocodone. If you have a prescription, then all you have to do is inform them of this, when you go in for testing, though they may ask for proof from your doctor. I have a prescription for lortab. I took two pills the day before the test. And two before the test the next day. My prescription allows me three a day. Will my test show to much in my system? ## It might, because many of these types of tests also check the levels of the drug in your system and not just for the presence of it. If you are taking them, as prescribed, the levels in your urine should fall within a certain range and anything outside of that range alerts them to a possible problem. If your levels are too high, it may mean you are taking too many and if they are too low, if may mean you aren't taking them and really don't need them. Was wondering if anybody could tell me What the “be all/end all†accurate answer to my scenario: i just finished a total of 180 Tabs of the 7.5/500 Lortabs at a rate of about 6 Tabs per day. I finished TODAY....Q: HOW MANY DAYS UNTIL I AM ABSOLUTELY CLEAR OF HYDROCODONE IN MY SYSTEM FOR A URINE DRUG SCREEN, PRE EMPLOYMENT?
