The Hydrocodone in Lortab is usually detectable for approximately 5 days after last dosing. The precise time frame will vary, depending on characteristics that are unique to you, such as your metabolism, overall health, activity level, fluid intake and etc. but 5 days is the average for most people.

And unfortunately, that is the best answer I can give you. I can't say whether or not such methods will or will not prevent it from showing up, because of course, such things aren't actually tested and proven.
Fluids can usually help some, but overdoing it can also result in a watered down test sample that creates suspicion as well.
