Iknow this is a pain pill but I'm needing to know if I take it and do a drug test will it show up as a lortab?

I believe the marking you're looking at is 3 TV 150.

Can you please double check the tablet?

The one with this marking contains 300mgs of Acetaminophen and 30mgs of Codeine, so it would be detected as an opiate and specifically as Codeine on the more precise tests.
