How Long Til I Pass For Sure?

Was wondering if anybody could tell me What the “be all/end all†accurate answer to my scenario: i just finished a total of 180 Tabs of the 7.5/500 Lortabs at a rate of about 6 Tabs per day. I finished TODAY....Q: HOW MANY DAYS UNTIL I AM ABSOLUTELY CLEAR OF HYDROCODONE IN MY SYSTEM FOR A URINE DRUG SCREEN, PRE EMPLOYMENT? THX, SINCERELY , CURIOUS I am 230 Lbs, however, absolutely DO workout every day for 1.5 hours with weights at the gym, followed by some sort of cardio. If i do that and add water, water, and more water, along with healthy eating, fruits and vegetables, etc....should i be ok in six days from stopping at the rate of 6 per day of the 7.5's for a urinalysis for new employment that is in six days? Lortab (Hydrocodone) is said to take anywhere from 1-6 days after your last dose to be out of your system for a urine test. Since your exercising regularly and eating healthy, I have no doubt that the odds are in your favor for passing a urine analysis within that time period.

On a side note, if you were to present a copy of your prescription to the employer/lab at the time of the drug test, you shouldn't be held accountable for a positive result.

The issue here is that there is no be all/end all accurate answer to this question.

Hydrocodone is usually detectable in urine for approximately 6 days, after last dosing. However, it will always vary from person to person, due to your individual characteristics, such as your metabolism, overall health, fluid intake, activity levels and etc.

So, I can tell you that 6 days is the average for most people, but I can't tell you that there is any specific time frame where you'll be guaranteed that it won't show up.

This is because there are people that have taken it for years, every day and never had it show up on any drug or toxicology tests and there are also those that have taken something just once and had it show up for the rest of their lives. Yes, these are rare, but they have happened.

If you had a prescription, you really only need to inform them of that, when you go in for testing.
