This is the second time I have not been able to get the fourth dose. I called the company and they don’t care one bit. ## You called the support line for a distribution chain logistics issue? They only use that support line to tell customers to consult with their doctors or raise anything that can get the company sued. I don't think they can be sued for this. I'm sorry. Before you consider the huge illegal blackmarket, I must warn you against the dangers. Everything there is intrinsically unregulated. You could die or suffer major negative health effects. I have been on Mounjaro about 4 months. I've moved from 2.5 to 10mg per week. The first 3 days my glucose level is great. Days 4-7 bg increases daily and I have use Soliqua for those days, to help lower. I am losing weight (15 lbs). My question is does anyone else have issues with Mounjaro lasting a week? ## How long have you been taking the current dose? Mounjaro may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, hypoglycemia, and diarrhea. Hi, I have been on ozempic for 4 months. I went up from .5 to 1.0 last week. I tried the increase prior about a month ago, but when I went up to 1.0 I had too many side effects the first time I tried to tolerate 1.0 for 2 weeks. I experienced stomach cramps, gas, and diarrhea, then went back down to .5 for several weeks and that was okay. This week is my second time trying 1.0 again. I have stomach cramps and a gassy stomach as well as a little nausea. I thought about this new week and am due to take my next dose. Trying one more week on 1.0, I don’t know if I can handle it. I was doing ok on .5 and lost about 50lbs. My concern is gaining weight back if not going up to 1.0. I have been on Ozempic for one year. I lost 20lbs and have stopped losing. This is ok as I am on a 0.5 dose and do not need to lose more weight. I'm wondering if there are others who not only lost a desire for alcohol, but also sugary treats, coffee etc.

Hello. My Dr. prescribed Wegovy today. I have not started it yet as I'm still waiting on insurance approval. I was wondering if anyone's Dr. told them a specific diet plan to follow? I have been eating extremely low carb for almost 2 years with some success in weight loss but not consistent. While talking to my Dr. she said to keep following that low carb diet. However, that doesn't make much sense to me knowing that she wants me to work out daily. I feel I need more substance than 50 carbs a day to be able to work out. Am I wrong? Even when I asked about adding back healthy carbs such as beans potatoes etc she advised against it. My doctor started me at a 1.2 mg pill. Had burning indigestion with the daily dose. Drank a lot more water and it seemed to lessen the burning when I ate. Since I seemed to tolerate Wegovy pill with this as my only side effect after 3 weeks, he upped my dosage to 4 mg. I still get burning indigestion, I have less bowel movements but I eat so much less that I wasn’t concerned. No food really appeals to me, but I eat anyway. Lettuce seems to give me more indigestion than other vegetables and small bites of carbs like bread, rice, and crackers are better tolerated. I tried eating a slice of pizza for one meal and cereal for another and the burning indigestion lasted until I threw it up. It was a welcome relief. I have been on Ozempic now for 5 weeks. I started at the .25mg and after two weeks, upped it to the 0.5mg. I have never felt so dang good! I'm 53, post-meno, non-diabetic, 5'4", and SW was 264. My current weight, after just one month was down 19lbs! Now I'm down 21lbs! I'd love to finally be 165lbs or so again. I haven't been that small since I was about 11 years old. Ozempic has saved me! I can't believe it. I actually look forward to the injection every week. I only had nausea for a little bit the day after I started. And since, then, it's been great! I started Ozempic in October 2021. I was 209 pounds. I am now 134 pounds. I first started taking Ozempic .25 mg for 3 weeks. I really didn’t lose that much weight and no s/e. I was still a little hungry then I was increased to .50 mg. My appetite started to decrease, and I did that for 3 weeks. Then I started the regular dose of 1 mg, my appetite definitely decreased. I started doing portion control. Eat 1/2 wait 20 min. I never wanted more. I decided to stop taking Wegovy my doctor told me to just stop taking it. I thought there would be a process to it. Anyways I heard people who stop taking it will gain it all back plus some. I am on WW and exercise 4 days a week. Any advice from anyone who has experienced this?

I am seven weeks in the program and I haven't lost an ounce of weight. I take the medication exactly when I'm supposed to. Every Saturday about the same time. Some of the comments I have read indicate that weight loss begins much earlier in the program. What are others experiencing? What am I doing wrong? ## I'm starting week 3 and I don't see any weight loss yet either. I'm hoping the higher dosages will solve this. Has anyone had night sweats while on Mounjaro? I am taking 7.5 mg, I am beginning to think it is time to talk to my doctor. I'm wondering if anyone else started having injection site issues with Zepbound after a year and a half or so of problem free use. I'm suddenly experiencing painful swelling and bruising each week that never happened before. Also I'm seeing actual changing of body fat storage in injection sites. Almost like stored body fat melts away from the areas the shot is injected into. Has anyone else had either of these things happen with the use of this rx? Which is better at treating constipation? Miralax or Metamucil? Plus Colace along with it? ## For most people who are already constipated, Miralax is usually the best choice. Metamucil is better for preventing constipation once things are moving normally. Colace often doesn’t add much benefit unless your stool is very hard.

This is my 4th month on Mounjaro and my 1st month on the 7.5 mg. My A1C is 5.7, down from 10. It is working great but the side effects from the 7.5 mg are rough. Extreme nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. My doctor wants me to increase to 10 mg but I can barely handle the 7.5 mg. Has anyone else experienced these side effects and do they eventually go away? ## I am just ending the 7.5mg injections as well and the side effects (nausea, vomiting, and extreme diarrhea) have me basically incapacitated!
