No Results After 7 Weeks On Wegovy

I am seven weeks in the program and I haven't lost an ounce of weight. I take the medication exactly when I'm supposed to. Every Saturday about the same time. Some of the comments I have read indicate that weight loss begins much earlier in the program. What are others experiencing? What am I doing wrong?

I'm starting week 3 and I don't see any weight loss yet either. I'm hoping the higher dosages will solve this. Keeping an eye on protein and taking a multiple Vitamin to replace what I'm not eating. ]
