UpdatedI am a 55 year old female who started taking Bystolic 5 mg 4 days ago for high blood pressure. I also have tachycardia on occasion and a heart murmur which is supposedly 'benign'. I am noticing 2 different types of discomfort in my chest area since starting the med. 1. Stinging pains in different areas of my chest and heart area at various times of the day/evening. 2.
