I want to know for what we have to take Tide-10, the Doctor has prescribed it along with Tenclore-25 and Loscar-50 . these later 2 are for high blood pressure, kindly enlighten me. thankyou ## Hi, Rekha! How are you? Tide is also used to treat high blood pressure, the Torasemide is a diuretic that helps remove excess fluid from the body. Too much fluid in your body makes your heart work harder and raises your blood pressure. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and dehydration. Learn more Tide details here. Are there any other questions or concerns? ## My feet have been swollen for a couple of days......when walking or sitting it swells up..it's also painful in my knees and other parts of foot....what to do....? plz reply.

Neobloc is the maintenance of my hbp... is it possible that i can used any generic for this? coz generic is cheaper than the branded. ## Can i take neoblock tablets 100 mg w/o doctors advice?my BP is 200/127 and im 35 yrs old.. ## WHATS THE SIDE EFFECT TO TAKE NEOBLOC? ## Base on my experience with Metoprolol, side effects are headache and dizziness (when getting up quickly from laying or sitting). If you experience those side effects, report to your doctor immediately (which I failed to do). Well I have taking Metoprolol Neobloc for over 3 weeks and I am not feeling a good difference of it from Propranolol. Mine is a secondary hypertension tho.

I take seizure meds and 3 other medications along with it and I accidently spilled my bottles over and they all clashed together on the floor and now I can't find out if this medication is my seizure medication or not. ## Hi Grimmace, Is there any chance that the imprint on your pill says "128" as opposed to "122"? The closest match I'm finding is a white round pill with a "C" on the front and "128" on the back. It's not scored or anything else. It just has those two markings embedded into each side of the pill. This particular tablet reportedly contains 10mgs of Amlodipine besylate, which is commonly prescribed for treating high blood pressure. And for additional verification, the manufacturer is listed as Cipla USA. I hope this helps!

I found a pill in our living room it is white, oval shape and it says APO on one side and definitely says 960 on the other. What is it? ## Hello, Shay! How are you? I think the marking on this might actually be APO 096 and it contains 8mgs of Doxazosin, it is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach pain. Learn more Doxazosin details here. Can you double check the imprint for me? Thanks! :-) ## If you turn the pill around, 960 looks just like 096, and 096 is Doxazosin 8 mg (APO).

Is it safe to take my high blood pressure medicine Amlodipine (Norvasc) with Methylprenisolone? ## Hello, Diane! How are you? There shouldn't be a problem, as long as the doctor is aware that you are taking both. Methylprednisolone is a steroid, so while under treatment with it, you may experience blood pressure elevations and elevated heart rate. Other side effects, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, acne and fluid retention. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Thank you for responding about my my question with Amlodipine and Methyprednisolone.

Other side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and dehydration. It sounds like you may be having an acid reflux problem. Have you consulted your doctor to have it checked out?

If I had details I wouldn't need any information! Like why is it prescribed? Does it have any side effects? ## Hello, Boggie! How are you? No worries, I'm happy to help! First of all, all medications carry the risk of causing side effects, it's just the hazard of adding some chemical to your body to rectify a problem. Tenex is listed by the FDA as containing the active ingredient Guanfacine, which is most commonly used to treat hypertension, though it has also been shown to be effective at treating ADHD. Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, dizziness, constipation and weakness. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have been taking lisinopril 20mg - 2x for a long time. Earlier this year I was given carvedilol 6.25mg - 2x along with above. Shortly thereafter, I reduced the carvedilol ato 1x. A month ago my systolic bp rose. Dr. said to increase carvedilol by taking 2 a day. Upon doing this I started experiencing a rash and itching all over. Dr. then took me off this and prescribed metoprolol tar 25mg 2x with the same reaction of rash and itching and no improvement in bp. Why all the sudden reaction to these drugs? ## Hello, John! How are you? I'm sorry about the problems you're having. Both the Carvedilol and Metoprolol are classified by the FDA as beta blockers, so my best guess is that you may have developed an allergy to this medication category. This happens frequently, such as when s...

Just had a stroke and the doctor put me on two.blood pressure meds now my blood pressure is running 121 over 65 and I feel jus blah is this normal ## Hello, Travis! How are you? Yes, that is normal. Blood pressure medications can typical cause side effects, as listed by the FDA, they may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, stomach pain and hypotension. Additionally, your body was used to running at higher levels and is now having to readjust to the lower level. How long have you been taking them and which medications are they? That would enable me to provide you with some more specific information.

Is 10 mg. Less than 10/12 mg ## Hello, Connie! How are you? Can you be more specific as to what medications you're asking about? The 10/12mg denotes a medication that contains 2 active ingredients and then the 10mg would contain just one, so I'm afraid I can't be more specific, without having more information. The FDA lists the typical side effects of blood pressure medications as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, stomach pain and hypotension.

Hi. I have been taking propanolol 80 mg LA for tachycardia, panic attacks, palpitations, and benign PVC's since age 19. I am 52 now. I have been taking it without any problems for years, it changed my life. Recently the opposite is happening, I have had a much slower heartbeat -- 52 on the propanolol, and I'm more tired on it. I have been under a lot of stress this past year and am feeling the after affects. I would like to take a lower dosage of propanolol to keep my heart rate in the normal range. I tried going without my 80 mg capsule last night but felt anxiety, PVC's, and headache. I am thinking about carefully opening the 80 mg capsule, pouring out half, then putting it back together to get a half dose. That way I could still have the long acting capsule in my system w...

Those two drugs are two completely diifferent ones. One is narcotic one is not. They arent used for even close to the same thing.
