Hi Grimmace,
Is there any chance that the imprint on your pill says "128" as opposed to "122"? The closest match I'm finding is a white round pill with a "C" on the front and "128" on the back. It's not scored or anything else. It just has those two markings embedded into each side of the pill. This particular tablet reportedly contains 10mgs of Amlodipine besylate, which is commonly prescribed for treating high blood pressure.
And for additional verification, the manufacturer is listed as Cipla USA.
