According to benadryldosage.com, Benadryl dosage administration is something that most people should make sure they know properly if they ever want to use the drug properly. I know that the use of this drug varies by weight and it am so much in love with this drug basically because of is effectiveness. It works whenever symptoms of allergies do occur to my dogs and I always not bothered because of its effectiveness. Another person using Benadryl for your dogs?, let me hear from you.

I need to take a pre-employment drug test either tomorrow or (later) depending on the answer I get here. I was offered a job on Friday 8/30 and literally came down with either a massive allergy attack or a cold about three hours later. Nothing seems to be helping whatever it is but I've taken the following meds (with dosage)...8/30/13 Benadryl (Diphenhydramine 25 mg, 2 ea.) 8/31/13 Claritin (Loratadine 10 mg 1 ea), 8/31/13 evening Nyquil cold & Flu (Acetaminophen 325 mg/Dextromethorphan 1.5mb & Doxylamine Succinate 6.25 mg, 2 ea.), 9/1 Mid day; Alka Seltzer Plus Allergy (Diphenhydramine 25 mg 2 ea.), 9/1 Evening again, Nyquil cold & Flu (Acetaminophen 325 mg/Dextromethorphan 1.5mb & Doxylamine Succinate 6.25 mg, 2 ea.),

My son take clonidine 0.1 mg for sleep is it safe to give him a Benadryl if he runs out of his clonidine 0.1 mg ## Hi Rusty, Based on my research, Clonidine and Benadryl do have a drug interaction problem, in that, they may have additive effects on lowering your blood pressure when taken together or within the same time frame. Symptoms associated with low blood pressure may involve headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, or low pulse/heart rate. So even though these are two different types of medications (Benadryl being an allergy medicine and Clonidine being a blood pressure medicine), I personally wouldn't recommend using the Benadryl until you know for sure that the Clonidine is out of his system completely. I was on this for 9 days when I had a reaction, go into the sun and break out in large red areas, bumps, itching, and my face started swelling on any area the sun was on. Went to the Emergency room they said it's probable an allergic reaction to the medication. They told me to stop taking it and they gave me Benadryl and a few other meds. This was on Friday early evening, my question is how long will I still break out in this red itching rash because it is now Sunday and I still can't be out in the sun? ## Hi, Dawn! My niece went to the hospital because she was vomiting profusely she also passed out and had various states of confusion. the doctors ran test and the test came back for benzo. Mind you she is four and her mother has no drugs that contain benzo. But her mother had been giving her Benadryl and Claritin that week for a stuffy nose and other cold like symptoms. she also had benadryl earlier that day could that of caused her to have a false positive test for benzo?

The reason I am saying this is because the Cheratussin AC contains Guaifenesin and Codeine. I started this drug on April 22, taking 2 pills in less than 7 hrs, according to drs. instructions then 1 every 12 hrs, finishing on evening of April 28. Given drug for kidney infection and have never had this med before. Extremely concerned about warnings that came with it but had what I found out later to be serious side effects, i.e. cramping in legs and soaking night sweats, which are still continuing as of this date,this being my biggest concern. Drenching bed each night, changing clothes. Slight palm itching left hand and arm that is just beginning today. I am 71 yrs old, allergic to many meds and have a fatty liver and emphysema among other things. That pill, 44 159, is a "generic" Excedrine Extra strength from Wal-Mart. It is Wal-Marts "Equate" brand and has 250mgs of Aspirin, 250mgs of Acetaminophen and 65mgs Caffeine. It is oval in shape, bright pink, WL 25 on one side and B on the other side What is it and what is it used for. ## Bright pink pill, capsule-shaped (but it's not a two part capsule). However, in some people the Diphenhydramine in the Benadryl can act as a stimulant and elevate their blood pressure and heart rate, so you shouldn't take it without making sure it is safe for you to do so. had an oral mouth test for regular drugs taken. The reg drugs were present but also tested positive for alcohol. I dont drink and i didnt use any cold medicines or mouthwash. The only thing I may have taken was 1/2of a 5 hr energy tm drink and was taking benadryl for allergies. They say with a mouth swab that it cannot be re-tested for confirmation as a urine test can ? ## I really don't have a lot of information on the oral swab tests, but that may be true, since they don't actually gather a lot of saliva to test and a lab test would require a much larger sample. Found capsules that are pink,white and red in the middle with imprint av 20 ## I haven't been able to find a listing for this, but if it is an over the counter generic or store brand of Benadryl, then that makes sense, because they aren't required to log their imprints with the FDA, so there is no central database to look them up. I'm taking Benadryl and Tylenol PM. Had a UA test and came up positive for Oxezapam. Need to have proof that the Over-the counter Benadryl and Tylenol PM can show a false positive but not finding definitive proof online. Can anyone help. Freedom at stake.

Hi, I'm really upset today because I'm in drug rehab (voluntarily) and was told today that I tested positive last week for opiates and benzodiapines. I am positive that I haven't taken any of these! I have been really working hard in rehab and am devastated by this'! I had one relapse and admitted it, even though it never came up on a test. The only medications that I have been taking any differently are some nighttime cold medicine for cough and a generic like Walgreens version if Benadryl during the day for allergies. Also I'm on prescriptions; Wellbutrin, Buspar, Resperidone and Trazadone, but I've been on them for awhile and haven't come up positive. Ive been on the Methadon clinic 2 yrs.Now,no dirty urines,and one urine they said I came back pos for oxy.the only thing ive taken is otc benadryl and and 81 mg asprin.how can I be pos.for oxy, please help. ## What type of test was used, was it one of the instant read ones?
