Mylanta is an over the counter medication used for the treatment of acid reflux, heartburn, and gastroesophageal reflux disease (also known as GERD).

I don't know how helpful it might be in regards to treating thrush (a yeast infection of the mucus membrane lining the mouth and tongue), but generally Fluconazole or Itraconazole are the recommended drugs of choice for treating serious fungal or yeast infections, such as candidiasis (thrush, oral thrush).
