would Penicilina V Potasica be ok to use for a sinus infection ## Hi Ron, Based on my research, Penicillin V is used in the treatment of bacterial infections. If your sinus infection is caused by bacteria, then yes, it could work. However, I have read that sinus infections are usually caused by a virus, and in that case the medication would most likely have no effect. I would seek the advice of your doctor if you try the Penicillin V and nothing happens. If I can recommend anything else, it would be to make sure you avoid mucus-forming foods such as: flour products, eggs, chocolate, fried and processed foods, sugar and dairy products. Those foods would very likely aggravate the sinus infection. Also, drink a lot of water with fresh squeezed lemon. The alkalinity of the water along with ...
I was given a white and purple box of generic azithromycin from india, I'm trying to find the manufacturer's name so I can tell my doctor. ## I find it strange that the manufacturer's name wasn't on the box of their own product. Is there a logo of any kind on there that may be of some help? If not, the only other thing I would look for on the packaging is the name of the company from where it was purchased; perhaps even a phone number or address to look up. I would think that the person who gave it to you would have some prior knowledge of where it was bought, no?....Just trying to cover all possibilities here.

Learn more Bactrim details here. It's worth asking him about it to see if it may work, anyway.
my tongue became scarlet in color taking it. ## Do you think it may be a rash of some sort? I've read that this medication can cause an allergic reaction in the form of a skin rash. Can I take Ciprofloxacin for a tooth infection? I found some in the medicine cabinet from a previous Dr. Visit and was wondering if it would be effective??? ## Although Ciprofloxacin is not commonly prescribed for dental infections, it may be used for certain mouth or gum diseases, after a culture and sensitivity test is done.
