I m male age 60. Suffered right lower abdomen pain at very close to lowest rib tip. But sometime OK and sometime the pain move from right to left. Some time I feel lower back mussel getting pain. Dr. gave me this Apo- 500. During treatment it is OK but no more medicine. I m sailing and far away from doctor. What is this disease. Is it due to wind or gastric.
