I use Iron vitamin (prescribed by doctor) that contains B12 and folic acid, I wanted to know how much it helps in raising my ability of concentration knowing that i have done a bloodcheck and it appeared that i have 112 of B12 vitamin, and please i wanted to know, what best time to take this vitamin how and is it important to take it always in a certain specified time??
