The only match I was able to locate is white and not yellow. I would recommend double checking the color on your pill if you are able to. The pill I located this to be is Diclofenac Potassium (50 mg).
Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, taken to reduce inflammation and as an analgesic reducing pain in conditions such as arthritis or acute injury.
