My friend offered me a round white pill with the markings of GPI with a line and A5 under it and blank on the other side. he said it was for pain relift. He had fell at work and hit his head. I was just wondering what I should I do with it. He offered it because I told him that I had a real bad headache. ## I think your pill was a high dose TYLONOL. My dr. gave me that pill for 4 days for intense pain & swelling. NOT SURE but I think I'm right. No worries people, the yellow 853 are exactly the same as the white one's, JUST NO DYE ## For anyone else wondering, I can also confirm that "dye" is the only thing separating these two pills. round white pill with k10 on one side and nothing on the other side ## This is Acetaminophen 500mgs, an over the counter generic or store brand for Extra Strength Tylenol. ## If the K has an arrow forming the top right part of the K, it is generic Tylenol 500mg. If the K has no arrow, it is Atarax 10mg which is a prescription medication. ## The hell it is. It's 10mg hydroxyzine used to treat anxiety, allergies, and other conditions. It has an upside down V above 4907 on one side and on the other side is a 3. It is a round and white pill. Not sure what it is, in a bottle marked acetaminophen with the manufacturer listed as Qualitest. I do take this medicine but the ones in the bottle don't look the same.

It's blank on one side and on the other it has "apap" and then "es" and at the bottom of it has a "y". What is this? ## I have not been able to find a positive identification for this, all I've found were other people looking for answers to this same question. But what I can say is the APAP is medical speak for Acetaminophen, which is the active ingredient in Tylenol, so this might be a generic for it.
