capsule is divided- one side red with 5 on it & one side light blue with L on it. The inside has a grey casing.

This capsule contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic for Extra Strength Tylenol in an immediate release formulation. It is most commonly used to treat headaches, and fevers.

The FDA lists its normal side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation.
