I found a blue pill that has GP325 on it, what kind of pill is this?

This tablet is manufactured by Melaleuca and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, and 25mgs of Diphenhydramine. This medication is most commonly used to treat pain, and induce sleep.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea dizziness, headache, drowsiness, and sedation.
