I take the Norfolk 10 and someone said there is a portable 12 out now. Can you tell me if this is true and what does it look like

I take the norco 10 now but I have been on it for so long it doesn't even help anymore can you help. Me fine something to talk to my doctor about that will help with my back and legs.
