Round Red Pill Marked With 492 Or A92

I have a round red pill marked either with a A 92 or 492. I need to know what it is and what it's used for?

AAA Pharmaceutical lists this tablet as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic or store brand of extra strength Tylenol.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach pain.

Is there anything else I can help with?
