I have found a round with pill with MLX on the top and 132 on the bottom with a line in the middle the other side is blank no score. Wondering what this is.

Marlex Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Tylenol, and available over the counter.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, stomach irritation, and headache.

Just as an additional note, the pill I identified is listed with the marking MLX 123.

I could not find anything listed with the marking MLX 132.

Does anyone have information on one with those markings?
