My son takes 2 to 3 combiflam every month for his headache since he was 9yrs old. Now he is 16. Is it safe? He gets relief by this combination. ## Long term use can create some risks, according to the NIH, which may include liver damage, liver failure, stomach ulceration, increased risk of bleeding, and fluid retention. Is he on any other medications? Is his doctor aware that he is taking this medication? Only 2 to 3 a month isn't a lot. ## My wife's menstruation pain is severe. Can she take cambiflam? What are excipients used in combiflame tablet ## My friend has taken 14 combiflam and 4 sinarest together and after that she vomit 5 times. Then she took uninzyme and vomikind afterward vomit stop. wt are the side effects if we take 6 combiflame at a time ## Combiflam contains Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen, so depending on the dosage, yes, taking that many at a time, especially if you add more throughout the day can be seriously harmful. It is very dangerous to exceed 4grams (4000mgs) of Acetaminophen in a day, so if your tablets contain 500mgs of Acetaminophen each, then you are already at 3grams (3000mgs) just taking 6 tablets, so if you add more then you are going over the maximum safe daily amount, Acetaminophen is very dangerous in large quantities, it can cause severe organ damage and death. ## i want to die. so please let me know hiw many combiflam can i take?? ## I took 5 combiflam tablets in one go..i am 14. My mother has been diagosed with Spine TB so the doctors has started the ATT medicines. But she is having severe back pain and by having combiflam shes somewhat relived from the pain.
