One of her friends is in to "herbal supplements" and other "healthy" things. Was wondering if this might be some type of herbal supplement, and how to find out what it is. she doesn't do ## If there are no markings on it, then it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what this contains. Yes, it can be rule out as being another prescription medication, because they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. However, this does not apply to over the counter products, so it could be any one of a large number of those. Out of my own experiences, I can ...
capsules with no markings ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what these contain. Where they found in the U.S. or elsewhere? We can rule them out as being a U.S. prescription drug, as they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. This leads me to believe that it is probably an over the counter product. Does anyone recognize this? ## I found one in my daughter's pocket. Wondering if its some kind of herbal supplement or something.
found some large capsules that are solid in color. blue, yellow, red, orange, and white. All contained in a small clear plastic package. Wondering what this may be. Thanks for hte help ## Are there any markings of any type on them? Letters, numbers or logos? The colors don't actually mean anything and if there are no markings, then there are a couple likely possibilities. The first would be that someone just purchased empty capsules for their own personal use, some people do create their own supplements or medications. They may be something that's available over the counter. Learn more OTC drug details here. Or they may be a foreign medication. Is there anything in them?
This pill is suppose to be used for weight loss ## If there are no markings, it may be difficult to determine exactly what this contains. Do you have any other information on it, such as where it is from, or what the ingredients are supposed to be? ## No, there are no unique identifiers (markings) on this capsule. It is suppose to be used as a dieting supplement. The contents of the capsule is light brown and it looks like sand with some white powder substance.
I found a capsule at my work, we've been having a drug problem so I was thinking about telling my boss but I don't know what kind of pill it is. It's brown on one half and orange on the other with the imprint "MK" with a circle around the letters. The markings are on both halves of the capsule on the same side. I opened it a little and white powder started coming out. Any help would be appreciated.
I found clear and orange unmarked capsule with white and orange beads in it. But I can't figure of what it is please help ## Hello, Samantha! How are you? If there are no markings, we can rule it out as being a prescription product and there are quite a few over the counter possibilities. I have a bottle of vitamin C capsules that look just like this, so that what they might be. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else have any other ideas? ## It's a 200 mg pure caffeine extended release caffeine pill
Please help me identify this pill I found. It is a darkish orange capsule with no markings on it and there is white powder inside. Please help, thanks ## The thing about capsules like this with no markings is that you can buy empty capsules at the grocery store now a days and fill them up with any substance you please... essentially rendering any potential prospects useless until you're able to get the contents analyzed by a lab.... Counterfeiters are getting away with this all over the world and are capitalizing greatly on our demand in the US for pain meds in general. However this is not to say that yours is counterfeit, real, or misc..., rather it's "unknown" due to virtually unlimited possibilities. Lots of things can be ground up into a white powder and packed into ...
I found a bunch of yellow and orange capsules that are unmarked with larger sized white beads in them. They taste like an upper with adderall side affects. What are they? Generic adderall xr? I've seen adderall xr beads many times but the capsules were marked and a different color . Can someone please tell me what they are? ## its generic ritalin (methylphenidate) ## If they have no markings, then they are not a U.S. manufactured and approved prescription medication. They are all required to have imprints to enable their identification in case of emergency. The only exception would be something that was specially done by a compounding pharmacy, since they use unmarked capsules. It is actually far more likely that these were just some type of over the counter product, though there is...
Just found white oval soft gel no outside lettering or markings with an orange substance in the inside. Any ideas what this could be? ## Hi Bean, Honestly there's no way to really identify something that has no markings, unless you get it lab tested. But based on your description, I get the sense that this is more than likely some sort of dietary supplement, such as omega-3 fish oil, vitamin E, or some other OTC medication. I can only say that because I have actually seen certain fish oil and vitamin supplements both come in gel capsules like that. Did you just happen to find this pill somewhere or were you sold it?
red on bottom half/orange on top more bullet shaped part of capsule. white powder on inside. There are no markings on this capsule. ## I am sorry, but if there are no markings, it will be impossibly to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. There are several on the market that meet this description, such as over the counter vitamins, supplements and cold remedies. I have seen several vitamin C capsules that match this exact description.
Off white capsule with the numbers: 93 typed above the #s3109. They're on both halves of the capsule. I think some sort of pain medicine. Can the following capsule be adderall, cause I lost some of mine a couple months ago. It's an orange capsule with white beads in it. ## Hello, Gary! How are you? What are the markings on it? That is what would enable it to be identified. If there are no markings, then it is not any U.S. prescription medication. The FDA warns that Adderall may be habit forming and causes side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, nervousness and insomnia.
I obtained these and when I opened the capsule, it was powdery like ....similar to sawdust with slight orange and white coloration, not the beads like I expected. I'm assuming they've been tampered with???? ## Hello, I recently was put on adderall XR 10mg (generic). The manufacture is TEVA. This stuff is NOT amphetamine or dextroamphetamine. Anyone else with the same problem??? Which manufacture for generic Adderall XR 10mg is the best?? What Pharmacy has the best generic Adderall XR 10mg??? CVS, Walgreens etc. Rite aid sells teva and it sucks. ## My question to both of you is what are the markings on them? That is what would enable me to check for you to see what they contain. As listed by the FDA, Adderall is a stimulant that's most commonly used to treat ADHD and narcolep...

I found a clear capsule pill with brown, yellow, white and two different colors of orange speckles inside of it. It has no markings on it and I am just wondering if anyone knows what kind of pill this is? Thanks ## Without any markings, it may be difficult to get a positive identification. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are required to have imprints to enable their identification. That means it's most likely something that's available over the counter and I've personally had fiber supplement capsules that meet this description. Does anyone else have an idea of what this might be?
I have a daughter who takes her sons meds so i try to keep them away . She has empty them befor . I'm concern so I checked and the inside is all white is that right ? ## Hello, Doris! How are you? Sorry about the problem that you're having. Unfortunately, I can't provide you with any information based on what you've said in your post. i don`t know why'but my pham. replaced my round white pill, with a orange oblong pill that seems like half the strength .ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE 10mg. what is the deal. is it just cheaper. chould i change pharmacy and get the old brand. i asked ,and she said it was TEVA this was -almost 2yrs. ago .i NEED TO SLEEP!!!!! ## Hi Brian, After doing some research on this, I found that most of the oblong/capsule-shaped Zolpidem tablets are only 5mg doses (the round white pill being a 10mg dose). Do you know what the markings are on the orange oblong pill? If so, I may be able to look up the dose and inactive ingredients of it. Generally when you switch brand names or manufacturers the drug itself doesn't change, but rather the binders or fillers that they put with it. Certain "inactive"...

CAPSULE, WITH MARKINGS OF RDY AND 340, ORANGE AND WHITE-REC'D THIS DRUG INSTEAD OF MY HIGHBLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION......I TOOK ONE LAST NIGHT AND ONLY NOTICED THE DIFFERENCE IN PILLS BY CHANCE TO DAY...HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS IS. ## What medication were you supposed to receive? This tablet contains 5mgs of Amlodipine and 20mgs of Benazepril, manufactured by Dr. Reddy's Labs, he is an approved U.S. generic manufacturer. Most pharmacies will switch generic pills regularly, depending on what is the cheapest on the market at the time they restock. Did you check with your pharmacy or is this the correct medication?
Does anyone know where the original Dilantin 100 mg Kapseal , white with orange band (as opposed to the newer capsule, white and orange) is available ? I am severely allergic to dyes and am afraid to switch to newer dilantin or generic phenytoin. Thank You! ## In this case, I think your best bet would be to talk to your pharmacist about it, they should be able to find something that you can take, and order it for you, if they don't already keep it in stock. Most are very accommodating when it comes to allergies. The FDA lists the typical side effects of Dilantin as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and unwanted hair growth. Ref: Dilantin Information What are the markings on the ones you're questioning? I can look it up for you to see if there are any dyes in it.
