Most pills I'm finding that start with "44" and are followed by three digits are often recognized as OTC cough and cold related medications; though, I'm not finding any specific details on one that ends in "511". 44 533 and 44 547 have also come up with similar physical descriptions. Was looking through my meds for Tylenol for arthritis & back pain (deteriorating spinal column) and found a vial of white oblong pills with L583 on one side.
