information on small round gray T100 scored ## I cannot be 100% certain, but other users of ours have identified this as being a Temaril-P tablet, that is used to treat skin conditions in dogs. It contains Trimeprazine and Predisolone, however, as a veterinary medication, rather than human, I have no other information on it and no way to confirm this identification. (The actual name for Trimeprazine) Can anyone confirm this? ## Do you have any updates on the identity of this medication? ## What does this medicine cost. Is it for dry skin?…it was prescribed for dog.

My one dog has had a lot of medications. He's currently having some issues passing a bowel movement. This has been an issue in the past when his back hurts. The vet gave him a motility drug that I would like to give him again, but the label is completely worn off. Does anyone know what this is for? Small dog, approximately 9 lbs. It looks like I was giving him half a pill.

Found a beige pill with BP-CAR on one side, 75 mg on the other. It's just a regular tablet- capsule shaped ## What could happen if mistakenly u ingest a pill vetorofen 75 mg ## I have the exact same tablets you describe " BP-CAR on one side 75 MG " on the other side... Im just looking them up and your post caught my eye first.. These were prescribed for post-op pain for my dog.. from a vet.. Seeing your post I just had to reply these are for dogs not humans... and are pain pills. ## I am so glad to have found your reply. With your information and the pills description I have learned that it is a generic for Rimadyl. Rimadyl is usually given for Arthritis. However, my Great Dane has taken it for general pain and also for fever. He had several high fevers (104) and they sent m...

These were prescribed for my Labrador after he was hit by a car a year ago. He has been on a regular diet of 150 mg of Rimadyl daily for pain. I'm out and the new order won't be here for 2 days. Can I give him these pain killers (marked with P100) until then? ## Yes, they are in fact canine pills. My girlfriend, her boyfriend and I got pulled over tonight and she got arrested for them because the *****s couldn't get it up on the computers. I came home and googled it and it came right up! I think they were just looking to charge her because they told her it was methamphetamine, however, he allowed me to take pictures of the bottle and the pill itself before I left the police station, and it is in fact the same pill spelled CARPROFEN. It is for dogs. I don't know if they p...

My vet gave them to my 140 lb dog for pain in his joints. But it is a white elongated pill with a P on the left half and 100 on the right. He is supposed to take 1-1/2 every 12 hours as needed for pain. The vet has to check his liver every few months to be sure it isn’t causing any liver problems. ## I'm not sure but I think it may be carprofen (also known as Rimadyl). It is a NSAID commonly prescribed for veterinary use. ## It's actually prednisone. Hope this is what you are looking for. ## Hi Candice, Can you please verify how you came to the conclusion that it's prednisone? I located an oval orange/peach-ish colored pill marked P100 with an NDC: 26637-253, that also came back as Carprofen. Pill Size: 19mm Packager: Putney, Inc. describes this medication as a...

Whats the directions to the medicine? Weight per pill ## @Boo, There's no way (at least that I know of) to look up veterinary drugs via their lot # on the package. It would seem to me that the lot numbers are only used for organization at the manufacturer's discretion during the drug making/packaging/inventory process but probably serve no other purpose. Do you have any other specific details to share about the pill's physical description, such as its shape, color, size, imprints, etc? I just think we'll need a little more information to accurately identify what type of worm pill this is and hopefully that'll help us research proper dosing protocols from there. Another option that may also be a good idea is to take your dog in to see a local vet who can prescribe an ...

Our English Bulldog needs a pain medication for very severe tooth and gum infections. He is 10 years old & he cannot have the anesthetic needed for surgery to remove his teeth. We are just trying to keep him comfortable and were wondering if this would help with his pain? If you have a better solution, we would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you!!! ## Deramaxx contains the active ingredient Deracoxib, it is an anti-inflammatory that is often used to treat pain in dogs, such as that associated with osteoarthritis, and some types of surgery. The FDA lists the possible side effects for dogs as being similar to those in humans who taken anti-inflammatories, so they may include nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, and increased risk of bleeding. I found a small round yellow pill in my living room today with the imprint on one side of C G and the other side of R B. I have searched online and have called the pharmacist and have been unsuccessful in determining what type of drug this is. None of my family including my family next door that visits several times a day every day knows whose pill this is or what it is. Can you please help me determine what this pill is? Any help is greatly appreciated! :) ## HI, Sandy! There's a good reason your pharmacist didn't know what this one was, it's a veterinary medication. It's used to treat flea infestations and it's called Capstar. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I am puzzled now because we have not purchased capstar for either of my cats. Please help identify tan round pill, four scored with B in one corner and 68 in another or if turned could be an 86, scored on one side only. tan with tiny white specles. Thanks so much ## The area this pill was found in is New Jersey. Again, it's a fairly large four scored pill with B in one corner and 68 in another. It is tan with very tiny white speckles. If the pill were turned it could be 98. It is scored on one side only. Thank you. ## I'm sorry, but I can't find any listings for this in our U.S. prescription drug resources, I also don't see any other posts about it on our site. With such an unusual marking, it leads me to suspect that it is either an over the counter item, or a foreign medication. Does anyone recognize this tablet? ## Its a antibiotic for dogs ## ...

do they loose their appetite when taking this medicine? or combined with ZydaClin? My dog has been drowsy and not active like she normally is ....she had her teeth clean and some pulled and has been taking the medicine for 5 days now ## Hello Pat, Sorry to hear your dog is having a bad time after having her teeth pulled. According to Diamondback Drugs and Pet Education the most frequently seen side effects from Torbutrol (torb val syrup) are sedation, loss of appetite and diarrhea; it also can cause a slower heart rate. If she continues to feel this way after you stop administering the medication you may want to consult a veterinarian as there may be other factors involved. I hope this information helps and your dog feels better soon.
