I have been taking 5 mg x 2 of Bisoprolol Fumarate for about 10 years. Recently pharmacy substituted Bisoprol Fumarate. For the past few months I have experienced itching like crazy with small bumps. I have heard of this reaction to Toporol, but am wondering if this substitution could be the culprit for me. ## Bisoprol is just another brand name for Bisoprolol, so the active ingredient is the same, however, the inactive ingredients could be different and that may be what is causing your problem. Not many people react to them, which is why they are considered inactive, but even though it is rare, it does happen. Have you consulted your doctor? It sounds like it could be hives, which is an allergic reaction, so it is important that you get too the root of the problem.

Prescription of zandip 20 mg , physiotens 0.4mg, karvezide 300 mg for high b.p ( 180/80). Recently added verpamil hydrochloride SR 240 mg trial with 0.4 mg physiotens, karvezide and Zanadip 10 mg. is this combo compatible? There is not much improvement. ## Are you also watching your diet? If you're sodium sensitive, then that could cause blood pressure elevation. Do you also get lots of proper exercise? That is also vital to blood pressure control. You really can't just take medications and expect them to do all of the work. What types of foods do you normally eat? Do you have any other medical conditions?

I am trying to cut back on my pain pills (oxycodone #10) that I take 4-5 times daily for my pain. If I take the suboxone later that day and am still hurting, can I take 1 of my oxycodone's and will it work with my pain or will it block it and I would be just wanting it? Please help me if anyone knows the answer. ## The Naloxone in the Suboxone will block it from working. The Suboxone takes a very strong hold on the opiate receptors in your brain and tends to kick out other opiates, which could also result in dangerous precipitated withdrawals. Need to no if there's a blocker in the methadone 10mg pills? ## No, at this time, there are no Methadone tablets that contain opiate blockers. The FDA classifies this medicament as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## If you are not on methadone do not start!! It's for us that are chronic pain patients and for those getting off opioids. It's a b**** to get off of.
