I was taking alendronate 70MG 3 month ago, but this week I got a lot of side effects such as: diarrhea, abdominal & stomach pain, heartburn, general feeling of discomfort or illness, full or bloated feeling. I just ordered 3 more months but with those severe side effects, I'm planning to quit. ## Hello, Steve! How are you? Those can be normal side effects of this medication, as listed by the FDA. You may also experience headache, dizziness and joint/muscle aches. Have you consulted your doctor? There are other medications that you can try to see if they don't cause you as many problems. ## I was on Alendronate for 20 years and have been suffering from side effects for 3 years off it.

I was on amlodipine medicine for at least two and half years and I have gone through a real hell. It all started with dry cough. I thought like any other medicine the side effect will wear off, but it didn't. Then after a year later came back pain and it really got worse. I never thought that it was the side effect from this medicine. It went on for two and half years before I realized. I was running around town to get my back pain solved. I must have had more than 50 sessions of physio and chiro. I saw that I wasn't getting anywhere and I started doing some research on computer. I have made the switch from the 8mg films to 8mg buprenorphine tablets only. With all the research I've done and experience I do my best to stay away from actavis mylan and nowadays sandoz. I noticed everyone has enjoyed the Roxanne now westward generics amongst hi-tech coming in second/mylan. I have no experience with mylan bup and don't want to take the risk even as mylan has always been a waste imo. I'm not a fan of allergan (actavis) taking over watson so depending on the drug dispenses I most stay away. There are as of now 7 manufacturers of generic buprenorphine hcl 8mg (generic subutex). As I age, 40 now, I have increasingly worsening panic moments and more and more terrifying dreams. I have been on and off Xanax multiple times. I take generic Adderall 20 mg for narcolepsy and there is not one local pharmacy that has it in stock. I have never had this problem before. The pharmacies are saying that it's on backorder from the manufacturer. Is anyone else having problems getting their scripts filled? ## I live in Southern NH. My one dog has had a lot of medications. He's currently having some issues passing a bowel movement. This has been an issue in the past when his back hurts. The vet gave him a motility drug that I would like to give him again, but the label is completely worn off. Does anyone know what this is for? Small dog, approximately 9 lbs. I'm sorry about the problem you're experiencing. That is possible with most medications. How long have you been taking it? Most side effects tend to go away, once your body gets used to a medication, which generally takes about 4 to 5 weeks. The FDA lists other typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension. Does Mikart make a generic Fioricet? I know they stopped making it for awhile, but they definitely worked the best for me. This brand does not work at all....Have taken ambien generic all along with no problem. Until this brand...Kinney's is mandated to dispense this brand... Does not work. I had been on ozempic for diabetes for about 18 months. Great results! Low side effects. A1c down to 5.6, cut my insulin in half and lost 60 pounds! I was also basically immobile for any distance more than 100ft., on O2 for 24hrs a day and unable to do anything more than light care for myself. My husband has been taking this med for a virus. He will eat something small before taking b/c it upset his stomach. Shortly after taking he will get hiccups that will last for awhile.
