Can a diabetic person take rumoquin nf for back pain?

I am type 2 diabetic and also have high blood pressure. I take Rumoquin from time to time. I sleep very well and pain free when I do. My migrain headaches lessen or othertimes completly go away. ( though for only a few hours) I don't. do well in keeping my diabetes under control, or my BP. It does not seem to afect my diabetic situation, at least not with my experience.

Rumoquin NF contains the active ingredients:

100mgs of Phenylbutazone (a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory):

200mgs of Methocarbamol (a muscle relaxant):

and Dexamethasone (a corticosteroid):

The only warnings I am finding on these are for if your diabetes is out of control. Is yours being handled?

Is the doctor who recommended the Rumoquin aware that you are diabetic?
