Will there be any side effects if I take Propan and Myra E at the same time? ## Hello, Rai! How are you? You should probably check the label of the Propan, many of their formulations also contain vitamin E, which could make the Myra E unnecessary. The FDA lists the only known side effects for these supplements as being nausea, due to their potency. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Hi. I am 25 years old. I found blue and white capsules with Chinese writing on it. It has 2 sideway Vs on it almost like a greater/less than symbol (on blue side) on white side is Chinese symbols in blue writing. They are in pop out silver backing individualized. They are Lizone? (I think a Chinese pharmacy) and say OTC on package. No way for me to identify. Found them in my husbands backpack after returning from a trip. Any hints?

I had my second dose of the Astra Zeneca COVID shot in mid July. I felt ok after the 1st shot, but after the 2nd shot I still get nausea, shakes, body jerks when relaxing, bloated puffy feet. I've also been diagnosed with low Vit D and anemia ( 20 ). I've had COPD asthma for 3 yrs now. I'm coughing more and breathing worse since the shot. I want to know what is the right time to take Supradyn? ## There is no specific time that you need to take it, you can take it whenever is convenient for you. The NIH does warn that it may cause some nausea, due to its potency. Is there anything else I can help with? ## It is recommended to take one Supradyn Daily Tablet a day, preferably after meals or as directed by the physician.

seeing that unicap t is no longer available, what would be the best substitute? it has helped tremendously. i have a difficult time maneuvering without it. i have neck pain with right arm numbness and tingling. ## What vitamin is the best substitute for Unicap M? ## It is just a multivitamin, they are used to help treat, or prevent a deficiency in the vital nutrients it contains. Ref: Kaiser Permanente Unicap-T Thus, any other good quality multi should work as a replacement, I prefer Centrum, because they are a good, thorough multivitamin, but that's just my preference, there are plenty of good brands, and generics available. Some multivitamins can cause nausea as a side effect, due to their potency. Is there anything I can help with?

I used a multivitamin known as micebrin by lily pharmacutical a long time ago and was very satisfied with the results.However, I've found out that they no longer mfg. it and am interested in finding a substitute of same quality and make-up. ## Hi, Jerry! My husband gave me this pill, telling me it's an all natural vitamin but he lied!!
