Best Substitute For Unicap T ?

seeing that unicap t is no longer available, what would be the best substitute? it has helped tremendously. i have a difficult time maneuvering without it. i have neck pain with right arm numbness and tingling.

It is just a multivitamin, they are used to help treat, or prevent a deficiency in the vital nutrients it contains.

Thus, any other good quality multi should work as a replacement, I prefer Centrum, because they are a good, thorough multivitamin, but that's just my preference, there are plenty of good brands, and generics available.

Some multivitamins can cause nausea as a side effect, due to their potency.
