This tablet is manufactured by Nephro-Tech, it is called Nephron FA, and is a multivitamin with iron. NDC: 59528-4456

Ref: DailyMed Nephron FA

Due to its potency, that FDA warns that it may cause side effects, such as nausea, constipation, and dark stool.
