I found this pill laying on my mothers floor and we do not know what it is and so far i have found no answers. the only answers i can find have numbers or letters added to it. there is no break in the pill and it only says TL 519. it is tan and sort of a oblong shape. what is it? ## I can't find any listings for this, either, in any of our U.S. prescription drug resources. While traveling recently in Europe I contracted cold symptoms. In Basel, Switzerland I went to a pharmacy and they prescribed Sinupret forte Dragees. Almost immediately after taking the first few tablets I felt much better. After a few days I was back to being myself. The only thing I can attribute my quick recovery was to the Sinupret product. I am contemplating keeping it in our travel kit for our next travel adventure. clear capsule w no markings at all ## I'm sorry, but if there are no markings, it will be impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. The only thing we can say for certain is that it is not a legal, U.S. prescription medication, as by law, they are all required to have imprints on tablets or capsules to enable their ID. However, this could be any one of a large number of over the counter items, I have seen quite a few supplements, both vitamin and herbal, that meet this description. hi im just wondering since polynerv is not available in the US yet, is it close to Super B-Complex? ## Hi Sam, Just wanted to let you know that there's actually quite a few different Super B-Complex supplements on the market, so it's quite hard to narrow it down to just one unless you happen to know the name of a particular brand or manufacturer (i.e. Nature Made)? Polynerv (vitamin B-complex) is said to contain vitamin B1, B6, and B12. Many other B-complex supplements can also contain vitamin B2, B3, and B5, which aren't listed in Polynerv. If you're able to post back here with the name of a brand/manufacturer, I should have no problem finding you a full list of ingredients to compare the two supplements. I found a Baggie of pills. They are oblong in shape with rounded edges. Off white in color. No markings or scorings. The exterior is a smooth black. Its a rectangular cupsule type shape. There are no markings, it is solid. Not liquid or gel. 1/2 a inch long and 1/4 in width. The interior is a tanish compressed powder, with a little yellow and white.
