How are you? Yes, unless your doctor tells you not to do so, that should be fine. Evion is classified by the FDA as a vitamin E supplement and it is well known to be good for hair and skin. Can I still administer a Vitamin B12 inj. which expired in July of 2014? ## Hello, Jeanne! How are you? Liquid formulations tend to degrade faster than others and they can also go bad, so there is a risk that using it after the expiration could be harmful. It would be best to see your doctor for a new supply, if it is still required. The only known side effects, listed by the FDA are administration site irritation and soreness. The generally advisory for treatment is to keep the affect areas warm, avoid any extreme temperature changes, keep them dry, use a topical steroid cream to relieve itching, vitamin D and calcium supplements have been said to help some people. As to medications, a vasodilator, such as Nifedipine or Diltiazem can help. The FDA lists their typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, increased urination and hypotension. Were you seen by a doctor, or just a nurse?

My Age 25+ and I was suffering from Headache (sometimes in a interval of 10-15 days), severe Back pain along with whole leg pain making me uncomfortable to stand. When i told this to Neurologist, he told i 'm having calcium problem.He had advised me to take Migranex 10, Caldikind Plus and Rejunex Cd3 for 2 months...But i hvn't taken yet and I hv recently sent my blood for Vitamin D test and test shows 25-OH Vitamin D(Total) = 5.28 ng/ml. I started taking Wal-D3 and my ques is now i want to start above mentioned medicine. So whether i should continue Wal D3 (each contains Cholecalciferol I.P...60000 I.U) with above mentioned medicine.Till now i hv consumed 4 pcs in 1 month (1 per week).Or just take above 3 medicines only.

I've been taking 15 mg deplin for nearly 6 months and it seems to be working quite well. I'm a single and disabled mom and don't get child support. I live in South Africa and started using Cymgen about 3 years ago. I was on 30mg once a day. After deciding that the medication didn't help me, I decided to quit cold turkey. The only withdrawal symptoms I experienced was the dizziness and vertigo. But it was really bad. I started taking it again after a week. I decided to research this and found that antioxidants is supposed to reduce the withdrawal. So I started taking PROCYDIN* (don't know if this is available worldwide) with the Cymgen for about 2 weeks. Then when my Cymgen was finished I continued to take the Procydin only. I was 17 and a little bit more than half years old when I started to take this supplement, and now Im 18 and a half.
