Can I still administer a Vitamin B12 inj. which expired in July of 2014?

Liquid formulations tend to degrade faster than others and they can also go bad, so there is a risk that using it after the expiration could be harmful.

It would be best to see your doctor for a new supply, if it is still required. The only known side effects, listed by the FDA are administration site irritation and soreness.
