What risk factors are associated with the combination of methamphetamine and ferrous sulfate? ## I've not found any problems or contraindications listed, so it should be fine, as long as your doctor approves. Methamphetamine is classified by the FDA as a stimulant that is most commonly used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy. It carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, weight loss, insomnia and anorexia. Ferrous sulfate is an iron supplement that's used to treat or prevent anemia. Its typical side effects may include darkened stool and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I found pink speckled round unmarked pills, in quasi-amateurish looking cellophane in a teenager's backpack. Illegal or just health nut stuff? ## If there are no markings, it may be difficult to discover exactly what these contain. Have you tried asking the teenager to whom the backpack belonged? ## Sounds like a B12 vitamin but as everyone has stated really no way to tell.

someone one who takes ferrous sulfate 325 mg ta wants to know what the ta stands for ## Hello, George! How are you? That just stands for tablet. Doctor's sometimes designate such on a prescription, to make sure their patient receives one specific form. For instance, they may specify that they be given tablets only, if they want them to be able to divide the dosage, if necessary, since that cannot be done with capsules. The FDA classifies this as an iron supplement and lists its most common side effects as being dark stool and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I'm experiencing hot flashes do to menapose lack of energy and brain fog. my mother who travels to south America has brought me neurobion inj's. with the words tamina clorhidrato 100mg piridoxina clorhidrato 100mg cianacobalamina 10mg. I need to know how many can I take of this and how often I can inj. dem? thank you in advance. ## Hello, Chiki! How are you? This will not alleviate menopausal symptoms. Neurobion is a vitamin B supplement, so it could help with energy, but only if your lack of energy is due to being deficient in one of the nutrients it contains. Typical side effects, as listed by the FDA, may include dizziness, headache and administration site soreness. If you're having menopausal symptoms, you should see your doctor. You may need HRT, or another medication t...

i take the birth control pill sprintec and i wondered if l-arginine..9000mg...will interfere with it ## Hello, Shelly! How are you? I haven't found anything that says it does, but it's always best to double check such information to be sure. The FDA lists the typical side effects of oral contraceptives as possibly including nausea, headache, irritability, breakthrough bleeding and PMS-like symptoms. Is there anything else I can help with?

bought B12 at GMC it does not have the lot number or expiration date to know if this bottle is still good or not. ## Hi Isabel, If you recently bought your B12 from 'GNC' without a lot number or expiration date, I would encourage you to go back and check their other bottles to see if they list anything as well. In the event that none of them do, perhaps it would also be a good idea to contact the manufacturer who makes this product directly, by looking up their name online and retrieving the company's contact info that way. If this turns into a dead end, maybe you can get GNC to refund your money for a product that has no expiration details that allow customers to evaluate its long term safety/efficacy. I know stores like Vitamin Shoppe allow customers to make a return/excha...

I was taking a birthcontrol , n then I switched to another pill brand before my period started . N now I have all the pains like I'm going to start but nothing. So I'm continuing to take the pill n also saw on line that taking 3000mgs of vitamin -c will bring down your period . So I'm trying that now I'm on day 2 of taking vitamin -c . I took a test n I'm not pregnant . Do you think it's because I switched brands at the wrong time. I've never experienced this before so I'm freaking out . ## Hello, Garcia! How are you? First, that is just a myth about vitamin C, it will not actually bring on your period. As to the oral contraceptives, yes. It is most likely due to your switching, especially if the hormone levels in the new one are different than those in t...

Since this is basically a vitamin, what over the counter product would be as effective? ## Hello, Jim! How are you? Since Folbic is classified by the FDA as a very potent prescription multivitamin, there is nothing available over the counter that is as potent, that's why it's prescription only. The best thing to do would be to speak to your doctor and see if there is something close that you can take that may help you. Getting to much of some nutrients can be dangerous, but there are others where it doesn't matter. Potent multivitamins may also cause nausea, after taking them. Are you low in anything in particular? ## Thanks for the reply. Actually it is for my wife. Her blood dr prescribed this and we are on ss making it a hardship paying for meds that insurance will not co...

I am currently also taking multivitamins and folic acid to help with not loosing too much hair? They also go on to note that "taking Vitamin E for 2 days BEFORE bleeding begins AND for 3 days AFTER bleeding begins, may decrease the duration of your menstrual cycle as well as reduce blood loss." Ref: nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/druginfo/natural/954.html Outside of that, I have not come across any specific details stating that Vitamin E has an impact on one's menstrual cycle that could lead to irregularities. This is the list of ingredients that I found listed as the product Dbx-13, The websites dont give the TradeName® as that would let people skip buying into HSI's newsletter which is probably their main source of income. That info IS Free if you sign-up and they say they will give a discount over the somewhat "High" price quoted by the supplier which is about $60. for a 30 day supply. That doesnt sound like a very high price to pay if you can reduce your Daily Insulin inj. amount, as my cost for that is about $250 per month. The customer reviews seem great but as with anything, it is a personal experience and everyones outcome can vary. I havent tried this product as I am a Type 1 Juvenile Diabetic... seems this is mostly for Type II. If I had Type II then I would definit...

what is the use of enat cream? does it help eliminate blackheads? ## Enat Cream contains Vitamin E, Vitamin A and Jojoba oil. And while the vitamins are essential to healthy skin and helping it retain moisture, no, it will not really do anything to eliminate blackheads, because there are no cleansers, exfollients or antibacterial agents in it that would do that. Are there any other comments or questions? ## what is the use of enat cream? does it help fading black spots?

I'm 32 yr old women, I been losing a lot of weight I'm suppost to be 160 and now I'm in 125 what vitamins are good to gain my weight back and fast.. Thank you. ## Hi Muneca22, If you're looking to gain weight, vitamins can be a great way to help supplement your nutrient intake, providing energy, as well as improving absorption of the foods you eat. However, I think It might be a good idea to have blood work done first in order to determine whether you have any nutrient deficiencies - that way you can know without a doubt what specific nutrient(s) your body is lacking in. A standard multivitamin could probably suffice in terms of replacing deficiencies, but from my experience, raw vitamins and minerals derived from whole fruits/vegetables tend to be best since they are no...
