I started taking Oxicodone or at that time it was Vicodin for pain 15 years ago. It started with one tablet in the morning and one in the afternoon. As the years went by and the pain increased due to two separate health issues I started taking Oxicodone 10mg 2-3 at a time four times daly. That comes to a total of approximately 120 mg a day. Now that costs the insurance a lot of money and it has become very hard to get. It has been getting so difficult to get. And it is dangerous to have because the younger people want to steal it. How would I go about withdrawing from it if I could learn to live in pain. So I recently moved here to South Florida (Cutler Bay to be exact) from Nevada and I have been taking 60 10 mg Vicodin a month for 7 years with no need for increase for pain from endometriosis. I brought my records and prescription bottles with me when I moved thinking I would have no problems transferring to a new long term Dr. who could fill my scripts. NO SUCH LUCK. Every Dr. I have gone to tries to fill me bogus Tramadol and tells me that there is no reason I should be taking Vicodin. They are making me feel like a drug seeker and absolutely refuse to give me my script. Does anyone know of a primary care or gynecologist South of Miami that is comfortable giving a legitimate pain prescription to someone in legitimate pain?! I'm beyond frustrated. I have the white suboxone pill and had taken one low dose of vicodin this morning. Can i take a half of the sub now under my tongue, or will i get sick? Would 3 tablets of m325 be the same as taking one and a half Vicodin 10? ## Hello, Kyle! How are you? Do you mean the white tablet with the marking M523 on one side and 10/325 on the other? If so, it is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. In this case, you have the conversion backwards, because Oxycodone is stronger than Hydrocodone. Taking 30mgs of it would be equal to taking 45mgs of Hydrocodone. Thus, it just takes one of these tablets to equal one a half Vicodin 10/325. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I am prescribed morphine 60mg 2x day. Phamacy has to order it so I took some old vicodin 10/325 that I had home. Now I must give a urine test to prove to doc that I am in compliance taking my meds (which I usually am). So I need to know if they will both just show as opiates or can they tell the difference. ## The MD gave me morhine for my pain on Saturday at about 1pm,will it show on my urine test today Monday morning?

My dr. Prescribed Vicodin 375/10 but it doesn't seem to help. What strength is that and is there a stronger one? ## Hello, Sharon! How are you? TV is a manufacturers logo that is used on several prescription tablets, so can you please post back with the full marking? Is it TV 4096? If so, Teva Pharmaceuticals lists it as containing 10mgs of Baclofen and yes, it is a muscle relaxant, but no, you cannot compare it to a narcotic, because it is not an actual analgesic, it will only help with muscle spasms and pain. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.

I went to the Emergency Room last Saturday on 12/122015. I could not take the pain. I got 2 Vicodin at the Emergency Room. The doctor sent me home with 2 prescriptions. The Prescriptions were for Oxycodone. I had a reaction to it. I think they were Percocet. I became very itchy. I called the ER and told a nurse what happened. She told me to come back. I was too tired and never went back. Now it is Christmas and I wish that I did go back. Is Oxycodone the same as Percocet? I think that I had a bad reaction to Percocet about 10+ years ago. Got a round peach colored pill with the numbers 223 on it. What is it!? I was told it was a vicodin 10 or hydrocodone. BUT when I googled it, It came up lithium ## Hi Tammy, I'm not sure who told you this was Vicodin, but it has become apparent to me that this is confirmed to be a 300mg Lithium carbonate ER tablet; manufactured by Glenmark. I'm guessing you didn't get these from a real pharmacy? I could honestly never put my trust into the hands of people trying to make a buck on the street... I was on a pain contract due to several illnesses. I was on Vicodin for two years prior to my pain contract. Had a face to face talk with my doc about the fact that I had self medicated with marijuana. I was tested and marijuana showed up in my system. Almost two years later nothing changed in my urine from long before this contract till present. I was told medical card or not, any patients who test positive are removed off their meds. Is this legal? They entered into an initial contract with marijuana present. No change. Now I can barely move. I was told to find a different doc. Till then I'm stuck in severe pain. Is there some thing I can do?

I hurt myself really bad both as a kid and young man. My body is shot. As a kid on a 100cc dirt bike on the street coming down steep hill I lost breaks or panicked, anyhow couldn't stop ran out of road. Just me and about a 14" high curb stop. (new development). I hit that curb full throttle. My guess around 50 mph. No helmet. I landed in a brushy patch with rocks. Was unconscious for about 25 min. No MRI, back then I got X-rays, aspirin and was sent on my way. Because that happened. I got constant migraine headaches. My neck always and I mean always hurts. My vision gets fuzzy at times. They are in a little baggie I found. One is 7 mm and the other one is 8 mm . They are just plain white with a score line on one side and flat on the other. However there are a few discrepancies I'm seeing between your description and others: *The pill is not "flat", but rather "domed". *The pill is about 4mm thick and 1/2 an inch in diameter. Okay so my mom found this pill in my sisters pocket its white and oval shaped and has orange speckles I have asked cvs Walgreens and poison control can't read any numbers on it becuz it was melted I really need to know. I have low chronic back pain. My pain doctor has had me on vicodin 10mg/325 for almost a year now. I take two pills in the morning and two in the evening (4aday). Since I have been on them for so long, I feel like I am building a tolerance to them Once I tell my doctor that I think I need something stronger, what do you think he will upgrade me to? I really don't want him to give me more of these a day because of all the Tylenol in these things ... I know around 4000 mg a day is the danger limit, so I'm hoping he switches me to one of the 15 mg pills that have no Tylenol in it Just wondering if anyone else has had experience like this with their pain dr.
