Round Pink Pill With 223

Got a round peach colored pill with the numbers 223 on it. What is it!? I was told it was a vicodin 10 or hydrocodone. BUT when I googled it, It came up lithium

Hi Tammy,

I'm not sure who told you this was Vicodin, but it has become apparent to me that this is confirmed to be a 300mg Lithium carbonate ER tablet; manufactured by Glenmark.

I'm guessing you didn't get these from a real pharmacy?

I could honestly never put my trust into the hands of people trying to make a buck on the street... But it's a good thing you took the time to ask about it first, just to be on the safe side.

It is Lithium ...as long as it has 223 on one side and nothing on the other.
