Doctors Take Away Pain Meds For Positive Marijuana
UpdatedI was on a pain contract due to several illnesses. I was on Vicodin for two years prior to my pain contract. Had a face to face talk with my doc about the fact that I had self medicated with marijuana. I was tested and marijuana showed up in my system. Almost two years later nothing changed in my urine from long before this contract till present. I was told medical card or not, any patients who test positive are removed off their meds. Is this legal? They entered into an initial contract with marijuana present. No change. Now I can barely move. I was told to find a different doc. Till then I'm stuck in severe pain. Is there some thing I can do?
