It is not safe to inject any medication that has not been specifically formulated to be used that way. Tablets contain fillers and not all of them are meant to be broken down by the human body and are normally just expelled in your waste. If you break them down for injecting, you are putting these substances into your body in a manner, in which, it cannot process them out. Therefore, I do not have any information on drug studies and etc. ## Citicoline mechanism of action is to support the neural membrane by helping to stabilize the phospholipid complex (should help with normal neuron function) and also supports the production of neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine (also linked with memory) and dopamine.
