Use Of Methycobal 500mg
UpdatedI had a stroke and i was discharged from my pt/ot theraphy. Right now i still cant write very well. My doctor prescribed to take methycobal for 6 months. Will it help me regain my disabilities?

Methylcobalamin is just a nutritional supplement, it's a form of Vitamin B12, which is often given to people that suffer from cognitive impairments of some type.
However, since it is just a nutritional supplement, no there is no proof that it will actually help with anything.
