IS IT SAFE TO GO OFF THIS MEDICATION FOR 4 DAYS PRIOR TO AN OUTPATIENT SURGICAL PROCEDURE AS REQUESTED BY MY SURGEON ? (REMOVAL OF A SMALL FACIAL SKIN CANCER ).

Since Aggrenox contains the active ingredients Aspirin and Dipyridamole, it can increase the risk of bleeding and surgical complications, so it is very common for surgeon to want someone to stop taking such medications, for a few days, before surgery.
