Zynapse contains the active ingredient Citicoline, so that is also what many generics would be under, though some generic companies will also give it a branded name.

It is used to help with memory and cognitive problems.

just want ask for how long does it take medicating with zynapse since we started last december 2010....Can it be taken three times in a week instead of twice aday?

Tigress, I am afraid that in reference to this manner, I can only tell you to check with the prescribing doctor.

To be completely honest, in the U.S. it is isn't considered an actual drug and is available over the counter in many energy supplements, so it is rare for a doctor to recommend it here. Thus, the information I have on it, in this capacity is very limited.
