It's a round lavender pill with no imprint on the pill itself.
Amin, did you find this at a pharmacy here in the U.S.? If so under what name?
About Rumorquin, I used today for the very first time for uric acid swallow.
The pharmacist told me the medicin side effect, if it is taken for a long time, will accelerate bone's calcium deficiency
There is a lot of pills and information they don't want us to know about. God forbid them to help us all. They would'nt make any money and thats what it is all about is the MONEY. Read THE NATURAL CURES books that are out there. It makes so much sense that it makes you sick to your stomach because its all under their control to make the money.
Thank you for your information James.
Yes, these drugs are very dangerous. There is a reason this is not approved for use in the U.S. as he stated in his post.
I would also like to make sure that everyone knows that obtaining medications from outside the U.S. that are not approved for use here and that you do not have a prescription for is an ILLEGAL activity.
This is considered a dangerous drug as it contains Decadron [a steroid], Robaxin [a muscle relaxant], and Phenylbutazone, a very toxic non-steroidal drug that is not longer sold in the USA because was found to be too dangerous and can cause severe anemia and GI side effects. This is an irrational combination of medications.
YES RUMOQUIN IS AVAILABLE IN MEXICIO. I HAVE FOUND NO SUBSTITUDE IN THE US. IT COSTS ABOUT 10 DOLLARS. WE US IT FOR OUR CANINE GREAT DANE WHO IS 10 YEARS OLD-- IT IS A GREAT PAIN RELIEVER FOR OUR AGING DOG. ALTHOUGH THERE IS NOT SCIENTIFIC DATA ABOUT THIS DRUG BEING USED FOR DOGS, THIS IS WHAT OUR MEX VET RECOMMENDED. THIS DRUG IS MANUFACTURED BY LABORATORIOS MARCEL, S.A. DE CV, CALZADA GONZALEZ GALLO NO 1707, COLONIA ATLAS C.P. 44870, GUADALAJARA, JAL, MEXICO.
ITS INTEND USED IS FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. THERE IS NO PRESCRIPTION REQURIED FOR THIS MEDICATION AT MOST MEXICAN PHARMACIES. JUST WALK UP AND PAY.
I would think only your doctor could tell you if it's rheumatoid. Mine is not. I just have regular arthritis but it's sever in my hips and less sever in my hands and knees. If your doctor says that an anti-inflamatory would help then I would ask about this medicine. It has made all the difference in the world to my daily life.
I have some problems with my knees and someone told me to try Rumoquin NF which is manufactured in Mexico, where I am based. Question: What do I need to know to make sure the problem I have has something to do with rheumatoid
When I first started taking it I took 2 tables the first day. I immediately woke up without symptoms the next morning! Then I took 1 tablet daily for about 2 months. Experimenting on my own I cut it to one table every other day, then one table every 3 to 4 days. I have gone as long as 2 tablets every two weeks before I started having the pain return so that is how I take it now. I have been taking it since 2000.

Do you mean that you may only take Rumoquin one entire week or one entire month and that is it. Will you clarify the manner for best results of taking rumoquin?
Maria Thank you so much...I will see what I can do.....Nancy
Nancy, the container reads as follows. Laboratorios Marcel,
S.A. de C.V.
Calzada Gonzalez Gallo
No. 1707
Colonia Atlas C.P. 44870
Guadalajara, Jal., Mexico
Reg. No 79437 SSA.IV
I don't know if you can order it or not. My friend has always brought it to me or mailed it. It can be bought in almost any pharmacy in Mexico without a Rx. Hope this helps you.
Maria, could I have the name and address of the Lab that makes Rumoquin. Can I order it?Thanks Nancy
I am a nurse, I bought a bottle of this in Mexico. Let me tell you, it works, but you should be aware of a few things. The three ingredients are (english equivilent of the mexican words) methocarbamol (aka robaxin, brand name), phenybutazone, dexamethasone. Methocarbamol is a muscle relaxant, similar to flexaril, but much less sedating. Phenybutazone is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent (think naprosyn, ibuprofen), dexamethasone is a potent steroid (used not for muscle building but for anti-inflammatory purposes). The relative doses on all three are small by US comparisons, but I have found it quite effective. ***However, DO NOT USE THIS MED FOR LONG TERM!*** Dexamethasone (decadron) reduces your ability to fight infection and causes osteoporosis, also long term will suppress your endocrine system. Phenybutazone can, in rare cases, suppress your bone marrow, leaving you very vulnerable to infections. A week, even a month, would be okay, more than that, I would be very, very wary of.
I understand concern about our FDA not having approved Rumoquin yet but let me say this. Our FDA has very lengthly processes before it approves anything and then it is not fullproof. I am 60 years old and I remember very clearly woman in the late 60's taken a birth control pill that had Thlidomide (sp?) in it. It was approved by our FDA and thousands of babies were born missing limbs that was proven to be caused by the Thalidamide ingredient. There have been other examples of this happening throughout my lifetime. All I can tell you is my doctor knows I'm taking it and knows it works. She has had many lab test done on me and there has been no evidance of any interferrance with other medications she has me on such as diabetes, high blood pressure, water retention, cholesterol medications. There has also been nothing found in my liver or kidney function. The only thing I know for sure is if I don't take it I am in terrible pain from the inflamation around the joints in my legs and hands. As I said before, there is no controlled substance. It is not a pain killer. It is an anti imflamatory. How they put the right combination together in the labs in Mexico and we can't seem to do the same here is hard for me to understand since I am used to thinking everything is done better here in the U.S. but that is obviously not always true.
I'm leery about taking this drug, why wasn't it approved in the us?
My aunt in Mexico sent Rumoquin NF to my mother for her aches and pains, however it was first tried by my husband who has tendanitis - from construction work. He has just been on it for 6 days. First 4 days he took 2 pills a day and now he is on only 1 pill. He definately felt the pain lessen in both his arms without any side effects.
I was searching the website trying to find out as much info. on this as possible and to see where more can be purchased, but now I understand that since it hasn't been approved by our FDA that we can only purchase it in Mexico. If later it is found that we can purchase this in the US, please let me know and I will do the same. Thanks, Judy
i would like toknow from maria what are the affects this pill rumoquin ns might have if any on your other body organs if it is take to much
It cannot be purchased in the US, it is not approved for use here by the FDA, so it is not available in any stores or pharmacies here.
Where can this drug be purchased for my aunt's use in United States?
