Watson lists this tablet as containing 10mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies this as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Thus, those are normal side effects of it. Is there anything else I can help with?
The B is slanted arrow shaped with 3 long lines an 2 short coming off the B. It's white an the size of 512 Percocet. Nothing on other side. The 7 or backwards L is fat letter or fat 7 like the b is standing on the l or 7. The B would be laying down an other standing up under B.
Updated in PercocetWas taking perc5-325 for 4 yrs every 12 hrs. Got to the point it wasn't working for me animore .now I'm on ms 15mg twice a day .any suggestions on this pill .kinda a nervous. Thank you. ## Hello, Mariah! How are you? MS Contin contains the active ingredient Morphine. The FDA classifies it as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. It would basically be equivalent to taking a 10/325mg Percocet every 12 hours, however, the MS Contin is time released, so you may get better pain control with it. Are there any other questions or concerns?
I read many articles claiming that the opiate portion of a Vicodin tablet is in the specks. Any truth? ## Hello, Demetria! How are you? No, it is not true. They colored specks are exactly that, just colored specks that the manufacturer used to make their pills look different than all the others on the market. How a tablet looks is entirely up to their whit and whim. The Medication, however, is dispersed throughout the entire tablet. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I am on alot of medicines and have had alot of medicine changes. I have a lot of health problems. I am in really need for my pills and my pm doctor wrote a script to wean me off the vicodin. Can anyone please help?
A friend of mine asked me the other day if topical morphine shows up on a drug/blood test and I had no answer. I have never come across it or anyone who was prescribed it ever. And I can't find any answers anywhere on the internet. So, I am curious, does topical morphine show up on a drug/blood test? ## How long does percocet / heroin show up as on a blood screening drug test ## No it doesnt show up at all topically.. And it has no affect as if taking it orally
This is Geno, and I have been on opiate pain Meds since 1992, when I had my 4th of 9 final Knee Surgeries. I was on Lortab,10mgs/500. In 2003 I was in a head on Auto Accident, Fracturing 4 Vertibrae, 12 Ribs, Crushed Sternum, 2 broken ankles, and spent 22 days in Hospital. I am now 67, had no problem getting approved for Disability, then 2 yrs after that Medicare. My Pain Dr. at the time, would write me 180 Methadone, 180 Hydrocodone, and Xanax 60 for sleep. He was a Huge Hockey fan, played it, and moved back to Canada. When I bring EVERY X-Ray's, MRI's, CAT Scans, and all the Meds and dosage that I was getting. Since then, 2006, I have NOT been able to find a Pain Dr. who will give me the same amount. So for the last 4-5 days, I am out of The Hydrocodone (120 a month) but still...
Updated in LortabI am perscribed norco 10/325, i have some lorcet 10/650, can a lab urine test tell the difference if i take them, and will they tell the difference in tylenol amounts to ,thanks ## Be upfront about what you are doing. You risk a LOT by telling you doc one thing and have your lab tests say something else. Always assume the tests can tell EXACTLY what you have taken and how much. Lab tests today are very precise and very accurate. If it comes down to it, the doctor will trust the lab results over your word.
Hello. I had a friend give me a couple of Round Bright Red pills that only have a 4 score on one side and no numbers, letters or other identifying marks on it anywhere. I have been 100% disabled for 18 years and have chronic pain all over and multiple surgeries. I was told these pills are percocet 10mg but have been afraid to try them with one of my headaches though my friend has taken them for pain. I have been on Norco 10mg for a few years and as you know your body builds a tolerance to any meds you take. My headaches have crippled me for up to 10 days in a row numerous times and usually last from 2 days on. Does anyone know anything about these round red percocet? Thankyou ## Hello, Dusty! How are you? I'm sorry that you're in pain. If there are no markings on them, then they...
I went to the emergency clinic and determined I have severe UTI. I was prescribed phenazopyridine 200mg and cipro 250mg for a three day treatment. I'm just I tie day two and I am absolutely miserable. Painful and requiring urinantion. I do t know what else to do as I'm exhausted and in severe discomfort... ## Hello, Megan! How are you? Has there been any change? I'm sorry that you're so miserable! The usual antibiotic used for UTIs is Nitrofurantoin, however, it may not have been appropriate for the bacteria they found causing your infection. The typical antibiotic side effects, as reported by the FDA, may possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea. Has the Phenazopyridine helped, at all?
I have chronic back pain, my husband dd. If have discovered degenerative disease, it a lifetime of but oxycontin makes me sick. People tell me it would help too try peracdan or percacet ## Hello, Pam! How are you? I'm sorry that you're in pain. Both of the medications you mentioned contain Oxycodone, Percodan couples it with Aspirin and Percocet couples it with Acetaminophen, so if Oxycodone makes you sick, you may also want to stay away from them. Vicodin might be a better choice, it contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone. It's an idea you would ask your doctor about, anyway. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is...
I just refilled my rx with brand name Norco 10/325 and they are white and are not effective. The generic yellows worked perfectly to relieve the chronic pain I have in my c2 and c4 areas of my neck. Severe stenosis with other conditions make everyday stuff undoable. I have tried 4 different types of generics and 2 gave me a headache every time I took them? So what did the yellow dye do to help in the delivery of this drug? ## Hello, Marcus! How are you? I'm sorry about the problems you're experiencing. It actually doesn't have anything to do with the dye, it has to due with the nature of generics. Under the Hatch-Waxman Act of 1984, they are allowed to differ from the name brand, in the amount of the active ingredient, by as much as plus or minus 20%, they also don't hav...
Is there a pain management doc in Indy that will see you without a referral? I have no family doc but have been seeing a pain management doc since '90's. Is taking away all pain meds except patches. Was taking 10/325 Hydrocodone per day with 25 fentanyl. Every doc I call to see if I can find someone to just leave me where I was requires a referral and records faxed from doctors office. I have my records but they won't take from me. Any help on this would be much appreciated. ## Indygirl, unfortunately there are some patients that try and alter their medical records. That is the reason they want your medical records to be sent directly from your previous drs office. If you can't find a dr that will take you without a referral, you may have to find a pcp. It also isn't...
Just wondering if ULTRAM will show up in drug test? I was currently taking Suboxone and was told I can't take Suboxone anymore. ## Yes, it is derived from and classified as an opiate and will show up as a narcotic. ## suboxen does not show up on drug tests ## the man is correct, it will show some opiate, the use of suboxone, suppose to negate its effect, but will not remove the metabalized compound out of your system, they have developed a new test for testing of suboxone ## Ultram is a non narcotic so it will not show up. Take ultramarine regularly for state probation ## Suboxen can be detected in urine tests, don't let no one tell you different. I know this well from personal experience. ## Yes suboxine can be detected as bupernorphine abd tramadol is on the 15 panel for sure....
I am looking for a pain management physician in south Louisiana. My main problem is neuropathy pain and fibromylagia. Does anyone know of one who will prescribe pain medication? ## All you can do is make call and make an appointment with a pain management dr in your area. The dr willl want to get a copy of your medical records from your pcp or current dr. ## What I am asking for is a name of any pain management physician ## MLLB, put, pain management doctors, your city, louisiana, in your search bar. No one can tell you if any particular dr will prescribe you pain meds. What a dr prescribes you depends on a number of factors.
I am on oxycontin 40 mg every 12 hours and 30 mg oxycodone every 4 hours as needed. Recently dilaudid showed up in my urine test and I was thrown out of the pain clinic. They refuse to discuss the lab results with me just told me to leave. I'm 62 years old and not a stupid person. I know I'm drug tested not even sure what dilaudid is. Now I'm going through horrible withdrawal after 6-7 years on pain meds. Panicking because I feel like I'm going to die. The pain is coming back and I'm going to be back in a wheelchair suffering and my life will be over. I never took anything but what they gave me. I went to a private lab for hair and urine testing at my own cost and am waiting for the results. Has this happened to anyone else and what was your outcome? Help me before I...
I found a round, flat pill with 222 on one side and its marked into quarters with a cross on the other side, I can't find a pic of it anywhere?? Any help? ## It's white and a decent size pill... No other markings on it ## Hello, CC! How are you? It seems that this may be a Canadian tablet, which contains 375mg of Aspirin, 30mgs of Caffeine and 8mgs of Codeine, it is available there over the counter. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? I'd also like to note that some places list the caffeine content as being only 15mgs.
Hello I was taking oxycodone 10mg and my dr changed it to oxycodone with tylenol it doesn't seem to be as effective for my pain, has anyone had this happen, I did ask her to change it because the plain oxycodone made me very tired and a little dizzy, any one experience this? ## Usually, the Acetaminophen (Tylenol) potentiates the action of the Oxycodone. However, what dose did she prescribe for you? Are there any markings on the tablets? The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
Dose Tylenol 3 with codeine have sulfa?just wondering ## Hello, Chris! How are you? No, it contains Acetaminophen and Codeine. The FDA classifies it as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. However, if someone is allergic to one medication, there is a risk that they may discover more that they are allergic to. Is there anything else I can help with?
Which medication is stronger: 15 mg Morphine ER or 10/325 Oxycodone or Hydrocodone 10/325 ## They are very similar. My doctor has put me on and we've tried to figure out what works. best. I get 10mg Norco & 20mg Oxycodone, and I alternate, it REALLY helps!!! (I have a LOT of medical issues.) ## @birdie, I think as post #1 suggested, you pretty much just have to work with your doctor to find out what best suits your level of pain. Some people debate that oxycodone is a step up from hydrocodone. I think the answer may vary with each individual based on personal preference. And as far as comparing morphine ER to immediate release oxycodone, there's probably no easy way to determine an equivalent dose since one is being slowly released...However if it's of any help, the foll...
