I have been on 30 mg morphine sulphate and norco for 2 years. I have cut down to 1 30 mg morphine sulphate and 1 norco twice a day. I have been doing this for 3 days. How should I continue to completely wean off? ## Hello, Edwardo! How are you? There are lower doses of Morphine available that your doctor can prescribe to help you taper off and, as long as they approve, you can cut or break the Norco to gradually keep lowering your dose, since it isn't time released. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Is a morphine patch damaging to your kidneys

I took 1.5 of watson 853 (white) and it hit me hard. I then jumped on a plane for 3 hours and had an unpleasant experience. All I had to go with it was a subway sandwich, a gatorade, and a few bottles of water. I have felt nauseous since I've taken it; later on it has been better but comes in waves, and as I've tried to sleep I was woken up by a 'good feeling' rushing up from my feet to my head with an increase of heart rate. I looked online to see what was happening and saw that there were other people who experienced shallow breathing issues. I was just on vacation and I had a lot to drink, but none for 6 hours until I took the pill. I have taken vicodin before but haven't felt something as concerning as this. My whole body now feels very relaxed as I have gotten s...

Oval beige pill, black letters RUFEN 8 ## Have u ever seen a pill that is oblong beige ,black letters that say Rufen8, the bottle said Motrin but I am confused never seen them before ## Yes, it contains Ibuprofen, like Motrin, and is just another name brand for it. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with?

Beige epilepticall oval,Rufen 8,in black letters, please what is this,is it a Motrin? ## Hello, Cat! How are you? Yes, Rufen contains the same acting ingredient as Motrin, which is Ibuprofen. It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. I'm sorry, I don't have anything on a tablet with IP 459 on it. Can you please double check the imprint and post back?

I get a prescription of oxycodone 30 mg from my doctor. But now he says that DEA said that he only can prescribe only half of what I was getting. It's not only me but all of his people that he sees. My question is can I go to another doctor and get percocet 10s since its not the same thing and mg and not get in trouble for doctor shopping? I live in Alabama. ## Yes, that would still be considered doctor shopping. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. I go online to find unknown pills. But all you have to do is is google A 333 and it comes back to Percocets. This is the new novelty that society created by demonizing marijuana over the past 40 years. Kids are always going to find something to alter consciousness because for a large percentage of them life sucks (been there). Here is the cautionary tale on this one. In an overblown effort to stop the pills the government has set some pretty restrictive regulations when comes to opiod scripts. The kid that was taking Oxys is now finding them harder to get. From Oxy to H isn't a large leap. It's cheaper, its available and it's killing our kids without prejudice. I've seen too many good youngsters take one step over the line and it's a dirt nap. Your body forgets to br...

R 333 pills are Oxycodone or brand name Percocet 10 mg 325 mg. I just got these from Walgreens after getting a prescription for these from my pain management doctor. They definitely work. I have RA and they work better than Norco in my opinion. ## Hi Denise, R333 is Pantoprazole sodium (delayed release) A333 is generic Percocet containing 10/325 (oxycodone HCL + acetaminophen) I'm assuming you meant to put "A333", is that correct? What color and shape are your pills? Glad to hear it's working so well for you!

How are you? Did you mean that you're worried about the possible side effects in late pregnancy that you read of in the leaflet? There can be some risks, but there are also situations where using it during late pregnancy is necessary. Have you discussed your concerns with your doctor? ## Is Aspirin helpful in the conditions of preeclampsia?

If i have taken a half of a tramadol this morning at 8, is it safe to take a half of a norco 5/325 tomorrow? I also take bystolic, lamictal and gabapentin at night. I quit taking my celexa 2 nights ago. ## Hello, Etta! How are you? No, you shouldn't take Norco with your Gabapentin, due to the fact that it can increase the toxicity of this opiate, which could result in overdose. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. The typical side effects for Gabapentin may include nausea, dizziness, headache, mood swings and weight gain. I had a life and death experience while I wreck my motor clcle in the mountains in Va. I was life flighted to a near by hospital which was very serious. I broke a total of14 bones with a collapsed. Bottom line is that my broken back along with 2 of the 6 ribs would not heal right, they call it a disfigured chest cavity. I took pain meds for a tim but wanted to stop so I did, I have gone a tear with out them and the pain has just about has me bed ridden. I can not take the pain any more and have tried every thing that was said that could help but nothing is helping. My question is how do you get pain meds after you have quit and coming to find out what the chief surgeon told about 6 weeks after accident. ## Hello, Robert! How are you? Im wondering why I would be able to take darvacett & percocetts but I cant take vicodin. Arent theese medications all the same? Would the fact that I have a codeine allergy make a difference? Thanks. ## They are all opiate medications, but not all the same. Darvocet, which is no longer available contained Acetaminophen and Propoxyphene, Percocet contains Oxycodone and Acetaminophen, while Vicodin contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen. What problem do you experience, when you take Vicodin? Some work better for some people than others and some do cause more or worse side effects in some people, it really just depends on your body chemistry. That's why there are usually several options available in any given therapeutic category. The FDA classifies these medications as narcotic an...

I found a few of these in a plastic bag in a summer purse, and can't remember what I used them for, I hope you can help me. ## Hello, Nica! How are you? There is an Excedrin tablet that matches this description. They are listed as containing Acetaminophen, Aspirin and Caffeine. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia and nervousness. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Hi Verwon, I am doing fine, thank you. How are you? Thank you for the info, I was hoping that's what they are, but I didn't have at home to check them against. Thanks again. ## Thanks, I did find out what it is, it's Excedrine.

My partner has been taking Lyrica for 4 years. Last year he was diagnosed with optic neuropathy in his right eye. This March nearly a year to date I had to rush to the eye and hospital again, the optometrist thought it was a teuma. He was again diagnosed with Optic Neuropathy now in his left eye which is very worse than the right eye, he is not allowed to drive, as there is not cure for this I am very concern as the eye doctor said he could go blind. He is also on OxyContin and the paper work in the tablet box said to contact your doctor if u have eye problems, I feel that the Lyrica has caused this condition, I had mentioned to the eye doctor about he medication he would not say it was the caused very worried. ## Please be careful i take them the side affects are blurred vision stagger...

Hi I just received these pills and I am unsure if they are safe? They are in a foil package and they say made in India neutralcode no. MH/DRUGS/KD-375 called tramzol 50 capsules or tramadol hydrochloride capsule B.P 50 mgno markings on the green shell of thecapsule ## I would never buy any drug on the internet. You got a good chance of getting fake / counterfeit medication or some of the medication can be 3 times the recommended dosage. ## @Lindsay, I can't confirm if your pills are real or not based on how you acquired them... but apparently there is a manufacturer by the name of Hauz Pharma who is known to make Tramazole out of India. So the brand name itself isn't one that's necessarily "made up", but we still have no idea who truly made your pills? One of the oth...

Hello, I've been prescribed 5/325 due to chronic Back pain from degenerative disc disease (DDD). The meds make me feel really focused and alert, not drowsy. Now before I see a bunch of threads to tell me to stay clear of these drugs, I am not here to discuss addiction. I seeking out answers to two questions: why/how does it make me feel more focused and what alternatives are out there which don't give me this "high alert" feeling? Preferably something that isnt a CII drug. What is in hydrocodone that would make someone feel the opposite of drowsy? Its hopeless if I'm in pain after a long day because if I take a pill then I would be up all night and destroyed the next day. Which will eventually cause a chain reaction making me want to take it just to keep me awake. I...

New script does not look like my previous script 1st script was 50mg dark peach color with# an617 my new script is small white tab with the letter m on one side and t7 on the other what is the differance ## Hello, Carla! How are you? The tablet with the M T7 marking is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 50mgs of Tramadol, so it has just been manufactured by a different company. This is very common with generics. The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Dr switched me to Tylenol 4 from hydrocodone. It's making me itch with a rash. Why? ## Hello, Doug! How are you? With the itch, it is likely that you're having an allergic reaction and those just tend to get worse, with repeated exposure. Thus, you need to inform your doctor as this probably isn't a good medication for you to take. Other symptoms of an allergic reaction, as listed by the FDA, may possibly include dizziness, swelling and trouble breathing. Is there anything else I can help with?

Been on these meds for about 6 weeks on and off lyrica 225mg twice a day and clorazapate 7.5 twice a day. Am I physically dependent I want to be off them ## Hello, Bam! How are you? Both of these should be stopped slowly, via a taper, because stopping abruptly can create the risk of seizures. Thus, it would be best to consult your prescriber, so they can help you stop them carefully. The FDA lists other withdrawal effects as possibly including nausea, fever, chills, depression and anxiety. Is there anything else I can help with?
