I have been taking them for a few years now for my chronic pain. I always go to the same pharmacy chain, and its always the same doctor who writes my scripts, but since the new law change no one seems to have them in stock. Some pharmacists told me it was a manufacturer back order. We are told not to go without our meds, but yet how is that possible if we can't get them? Anyone knows of a pharmacy that has Norco 10/325 in the metro Detroit area? ## Dear Painfully Annoyed, Yes, this appears to be a huge problem at the moment. I have called every pharmacy in my insurance plan and everyone says the same thing. Your not alone, I was told it is a repackaging issue with the manufacturers due to the new laws....
Does anyone know of a good PCP in the Columbus Ohio area willing to prescribe Norcos for pain of the middle to lower back? Please let me know as I am in a bit of pain and just moved to the area. Thanks. ## Hi James, I may not have a doctor I can refer you to, but I can provide you with a couple links that may be of service to you in locating pain management doctors within your general area. All you have to do is input your city or zip code for narrowed results: {link removed because site no longer exists} You can give this other page a try too if you come up with different results for some reason or another: wellness.com/find/pain%20management%20specialist Many of the results you find (in one or both of the links above) also list a phone number for that specific doctor; I'd consider...

You can learn more about this drug on the page for Oxycodone Details I hope this helps! ## where did you identify this? ## Probably on pill identifier. I want to know why my dr. will only prescribe me 90 pills of 10mg oxycodone for a month yet know people that get up towards 120 a month. Because by the end of my month I have to live in pain for a week and a half before I can drive to his office wait in the waiting room and finally be see, just to get the same 90, which aren't enough. ## Actually, your doctor is not obligated to give you any of them, ever. 90 pills a month would be 3 a day and that is the normal dosing for pain. How many does your prescription tell you to use? Have you told the doctor that this dosage is not handling your pain? Have you considered a different doctor or perhaps pain management? Oxycodone is a very potent narcotic analgesic. Side effects can include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and constipation. ## ...

Just wanted to update and touch base with anyone wanting to stop using the patch or struggling through withdrawals. I was on the Fentanyl patch, ranging from 150 mcg to 25 mcg, for five years due to a rare debilitating, extremely painful disease called Dermatomyositis. This disease causes deep skin lesions and basically eats away the muscles of your upper arms and upper thighs and hips. It prevents you from doing anything requiring raising your arms above your shoulders, It also prevents you from walking up hills, stairs, etc. It eventually affects your lungs and swallowing. This disease crosses over with SLE and Fibromyalgia. I take 16 prescription drugs including a chemo injection and a med that is given to organ transplant patients to keep my body from rejecting itself plus the typic...
People are talking on a site about sucking on F patches.if I lose one in the shower its no longer good after being wet.how can the patch b wet and then used effectively? ## Well, that is the fact of relevance here, they aren't using them appropriately and effectively. Sucking on them is abusing them, they are trying to get all of the narcotic out to get high, rather than using it as designed by letting it slowly release to alleviate their pain. The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with? ## I have been on 20mcg of Butrans patches for about 4 months now and there not helping with my pai...
Do they make a smurf blue norco that looks just like the yellow 10s with a v on one side? ## Hi Ben, I just did some research on this and wonder if you may be thinking of the imprint "V 35 97"?, which is an oval blue generic norco 10mg/650mg tablet. I don't believe they are being manufactured any longer due to the new laws restricting the amount of acetaminophen to 325mgs. But, if you want to look this pill up for verification, it also carries a National Drug Code of 00603-3885. I hope this helps! ## Is this what you are talking about? Blue Norco WES 303 ## I had the wes 303 norco10/325 they work well I haven't been able to find them at any pharmacy. ## Yes - what are they? ## Here is another medschat thread on these: Blue Norco WES 303 ## They have them in Belleville Mi...
Help this brand is making me sick! Oxycodone + Acetaminophen (Imprint: WES 203) 10/325. Does nothing for my pain, making me itch and feel sick, on top of that it's messing with my depression. I have informed CVS and was told they couldn't do anything, called my doctor and he was willing to call in another script but CVS didn't contact him and he was waiting to talk to the pharmacist. That was Thursday around 4:15 don't know what happened but my doctor never talked to them r me and it's now Sunday. Any information? ## Your doctor doesn't have to wait for the pharmacy to contact him, he can initiate contact, or even just send over a different prescription. Have you heard anything, yet? Some side effects, such as depression, are normal, according to FDA reports. Thi...
Round white pill az 011 - I think it's 5/325mg oxycodone-acetaminophen to treat moderate to severe pain. ## Hello, Carol! How are you? Actually, this tablet contains ONLY 500 mg of Acetaminophen. There is NO narcotic / opiate ingredient such as Oxycodone in it. (NDC 51824-011, among others). Inactive Ingredients: - Corn Starch - Stearic Acid - Povidone - Sodium Starch Glycolate Type a Potato ## So this pill is just Tylenol or with pain killer in it cuz I am looking one up and both results keep coming up. I thought that what it was but I was being sure. It's been awhile since I got them. #...
Is the T133 imprint indicative of a real pain pill? I just got it prescribed and want to know before I put it in my body. I was on 7.5-325 Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen. My doctor said this would be better for pain. I have ms and I really hate taking pain medication. Thanks. ## Is the marking possibly T 193? If so, this tablet contains 7.5mgs of Oxycodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, so it is a generic for Percocet, which is a potent pain reliever. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. ## Is white oblong pill inscribed T133 percocet? ## Yes oblong or oval shape white t133

the pill is oblong on one side it has a line down the middle of it and on the other side it has IP 109 the pill is white. ## After reviewing the description provided, I located the white oblong shaped pill (scored with IP 109) to be Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone. What is the difference between Darvocet N APAP 100-650 and Hydrocodone 500 mg? ## There is no Hydrocodone 500mg...it comes in 5mg 7.5mg or 10mg.. You people shouldn't mess with drugs cause obviously you have no clue...and there both weak as s*** by the way. ## Fentanyl is a very serious drug, and it is 10 to 20 x more powerful than morphine. It made my Uncle have a stroke& after he stoped taking it the last stroke he had killed him. Beware of this drug, only take it if it's your last resort. ## Darvocet contained the active ingredients Propoxyphene, and Acetaminophen. It is no longer available in the U.S., due to the fact that it's risks were deemed to outweigh any possible benefits it might provide, since it was such as mild opiate analgesic. Many people were found to b...
I was dispensed what i thought was hydrocodone 5 mg pill with the imprint wes301 on them. They are capsule shaped they are shaped like a Vicodin and I can't seem to find any info on it and there are no images of them anywhere. They are supposedly manufactured by eywapharma. Can you please help me identify these? ## That is correct, they are distributed by Eywa Pharma and manufactured by Wes Pharma, they are listed as containing 5mgs of Hydrocodone, and 325mgs of Acetaminophen (NDC 71930-0019). They are described as being oval and peach in color. Inactive Ingredients: - Croscarmellose Sodium - Silicon Dioxide - Magnesium Stearate - Cellulose, Microcrystalline - Fd&c Yellow No. 6 Generally, if something has been obtained from your pharmacy, then there is no reason to worry, since ...
I've been hospitalized 4 times between Feb./Mar. this year. I was taking morphine 15mg for maybe 2 weeks before this, I was having hallucinations each time. Doctors told me it was due to UTI s and any bacterial infections. I had 1 infection because of an IV in my leg. Can you explain to me if that's right or not? Thank you so much. ## My guess is that it’s more likely that you were hallucinating from the infections. It sounds like you were septic, (the infection had spread throughout your body), and quite seriously Ill from those infections. Morphine is quite often given in those situations because the patient can be in a great deal of pain. The morphine may have played a part in your hallucinations, but I’m betting it was more from your being so seriously ill. When ...
I had been taking 5/325 generic Watson percocet for 4 years. Suddenly I get notified by Walgreens which I have insurance that there is no more Watson brand and I was given generic percocet 5/325 by Actavis. It is not the same at all. It has no pain relief for me. I used to break the watsons in half sometimes and never had a funny taste. I just broke one of the actavis white tablets in half and it immediately tasted like salt or alka seltzer? Has anyone had any issues with this drug too. Also, along with it not working right it has made my GI tract and stomach so ill feeling and cramping. This is not right how can they take away a medicine that someone has been on for 4 years without any problems and tell them to suddenly switch. Would a peson who has been on a certain heart medication f...
I've just accidentally taken in expired alaxan fr. today to relieve the pain of dysmenorrhea. What should i do..? The expiration is this month july 2016? ## Is Alaxan a good medicine for pain in any part of the body or muscle pain? ## Alaxan FR is listed as containing Ibuprofen, and Paracetamol, it is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. Neither of these medications become dangerous upon expiration. Some medications that have been expired for awhile may lose some efficacy, so it is always best to double check with your doctor, or pharmacist, as in many instances, it would be better to obtain a new supply, rather than doubling up. However, no, taking one dose that just expired recently is not dangerous. The FDA lists the typical side effects of Ibuprofen, and Paracetamol as possib...
I have a pain pump implanted about 1 1/2 months ago. Pain dr. is increasing Dilaudid 1mg/ml every two weeks. I am also taking Gabapentin 300 mg 2 times a day, 2 capsules each time. Are there side effects from taking the Dilaudid through pain pump and orally Gabapentin? I have had swelling in my feet, ankles and legs since the pain pump was implanted. ## Is your doctor aware of this swelling? The FDA does warn that you should check with your doctor, if that occurs, as you may need to try a different medication. Other side effects of Dilaudid may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. This medication also carries the risk of being habit forming. Ref: Dilaudid Information Gabapentin can also cause edema as a side effects, so it may also be contributing. ...
