Effects Of Expired Alaxan Fr

I've just accidentally taken in expired alaxan fr. today to relieve the pain of dysmenorrhea.What should i do..? The expiration is this month july 2016?

Alaxan FR is listed as containing Ibuprofen, and Paracetamol, it is used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. Neither of these medications become dangerous upon expiration. Some medications that have been expired for awhile may lose some efficacy, so it is always best to double check with your doctor, or pharmacist, as in many instances, it would be better to obtain a new supply, rather than doubling up.

However, no, taking one dose that just expired recently is not dangerous.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of Ibuprofen, and Paracetamol as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation.
