U15 white oval (football shaped or egg shaped). Blank on other side. This is a 7.5mg generic for Percocet. The 5mg ones are oblong and made from a different manufacturer. ## The U15 white oblong generic Percocet tablets actually correspond with the 5mg-325mg dosage; not the 7.5mg-325mg. I was prescribed 8 mg of ER Hydromorphone today in place of Percocet 10/325 3x a day. I hope it works without making me sleepy or tired. I'm scared, but need to find one medication instead of so many Percocet. i am taking tramadol right now and it is not working enough... can i take oxycodone for the same pain? ## Hi Amber, Based on the personal reviews of others, I'd imagine oxycodone to be considerably stronger than tramadol. There have been a number of patients on here complaining that tramadol doesn't do anything for them and even go so far as wondering why it's even classified as a pain killer. I don't know if that's an overstatement since everyone reacts differently to it, but if you have a prescription for oxycodone, it should be a much more potent alternative. Hey how's it going to all you guys I have been doing a little bit of reading and I just had some simple questions that I hope you guys can help me with. I currently for my 22nd birthday was diagnosed with stage 4 T-cell lymphoma I have been on a variety of different medications but I for the last six months have been prescribed 10 milligram oxycodone with that being said I just got my refill yesterday and I got it filled at Rite Aid instead of my normal Place Costco. Costco usually delivers me the key kVK Tech, well Rite Aid gave me the zydus brand. I recently had a urine screen through my pain management dr whom I've been seeing for 8 years. I take 2 Norco 7.5 a day as prescribed, but had missed taking them the day before my test because I wasn't feeling well. Anyway, they did a immunoassay test through Millennium Health and it came back negative for the Norco. He said there weren't even any metabolites which makes it look that I haven't had them in a while, but I had taken one less than 48 hours before my test. I asked him to retest me, which he did. But said that even if I pass he has to lower my dose. This test was somewhat different than my first test. What is the conversion of opana er to exalgo er? I used to take 20mg opana er 3 times a day and was switched to 16mg exalgo er once a day, but it doesn't seem to treat the pain as well or as steady as the opana. ## According to NIH conversions, it would require 15mgs of Exalgo to be equivalent to each 20mgs of Opana that you were taking, so no your dosage is not high enough to equal your prior medication. I NEED AND HAVE TO FIND a new pain management Dr. in Hamilton, Ohio!!! My mom has chronic pain due to her low back. Has been on Morphine 15 mg SR for at least 15 years also Percocet 5mg for break thru pain. Last appt. with MD we explained that 15 mg was not covering her pain. I asked to bump her up to 20 mg (I am an RN) but was told that is not how it goes and was given a RX for Morphine 30 mg q 12 hours. She was on q 12 hours prior. I had surgery yesterday. I was given Tramadol and it is not alleviating the pain.
